章章Great experience! From the receptionist in the parking lot to the front desk and lounge are first class
As soon as I entered the wooden house, I smelled a faint woody fragrance, and my whole person suddenly relaxed a lot.
You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel, and the front desk will take care of them, so you directly step on the tatami with your feet, soft and comfortable.
The room is very large, there are three doors from the main door of the room to the position of the bed, so the room is very quiet.
The bed is very large, moderately soft and hard.
There is free water, beer and juice in the small refrigerator.
The electric kettle has hot water that has already been heated, and there is also a pot of room temperature water to drink next to it
The room is heated and air-conditioned at the same time
In addition to shampoo and other products, there are also toners, makeup lotions, and lotions that can be used. There are also hair loops for long hair. The whole arrangement is very careful.
The view of the room is first-rate, and soaking in a daze in the open-air hot spring is a first-class enjoyment.
Dinner and breakfast are in the restaurant on the second floor. Arrange a time with the waiter to go to the first floor and they will show you where to eat. Dining is in a semi-private room with tatami mats, and no other guests will be seen. The waiter for both meals is the same person, needless to say, polite, with a bright smile, very hard to explain the dishes in simple English.
It is suitable for people who like to be quiet, slow, and [not to see people]!

GGuest UserThe service was excellent. Upon arrival, I felt unwell and rested in the lobby. The staff promptly offered me cushions and blankets, which was very thoughtful.
The room environment was fantastic. The pleasant sandalwood scent upon entering was incredibly relaxing. The room also offered a variety of complimentary drinks, and there was a 24-hour hot spring bath, making it very convenient to soak whenever I wanted.
The kaiseki dinner was delicious and plentiful, leaving me feeling very full. Breakfast was a set meal; while the portions were generous, the taste was rather ordinary, and we ended up not finishing it, which was a bit wasteful.

스스마일리17It is located in a forest in a corner of Hakone. The forest is dense and there is a good hot spring, so it is suitable for relaxation and digital detox. It is very quiet.
The biggest attraction here is the restaurant called Hyoseki. Hyoseki, which is an old ryokan building that has been in operation since 1925, shows the harmony of traditional Japanese ryokan and modern times.
The Freeverse and the reception restaurant on the Fore side are in contrast with each other in a Western style, and they all match the concept and have their own charm.
The villa was built recently and the facilities are good, but there are some questions about the hygiene management, such as the condition of the hot spring water, the slow operation of the hot water, and the spider webs on the ceiling.
However, the food and atmosphere are very good, so I am satisfied.

TTim NazarovWe were looking for onsen with private bath on the balcony and probably hit the sweet spot.
Unfortunately we had only 1 night stay, but it was fantastic.
Onsen is located at the top station Gora, where you can get from Odawara. That’s around 2 hours from Tokyo all together, around 3 hours from Kyoto. Last 2 sections of the way are going through a picturesque steep railway. Views are great! Be sure to rush to the front or back seats (doesn’t matter which) to secure a spot for nice photographs.
Private bath is fantastic, rooms are clean and spacious with a touch of ryokan style (tatami etc). That’s a perfect place to sit and relax doesn’t matter it’s sunshine or pooring rain outside.
The food was fantastic (according to my wife), however the options are limited if you’re not eating fish or sea products due to allergy or other reasons.
For Karaku team - I would suggest adding a signature wagyu set for those who would like something else. Selection of wine and alcohol drinks is superb. Free snacks and coffee are available till 8 p.m. as well with a view terrace. For those who like some regular conbini stuff - Lawson is around 10 mins walk with Miyazaki style trains passing by👌🏻
All in all, we wish we had stayed at least 2 nights as there are lots of activities around.

XXinaideCherryThe service is impeccable, everyone is very professional and welcoming. There is no public area in the hotel to go shopping, so you can only drive out to play and watch the scenery. I booked two rooms. This room is on a large flat floor and smoking is allowed. My husband is very satisfied. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and satisfying. When I left the store today, I found that even the shoes were wiped very clean, as if they were new

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and the check in process is seamless.patking is right on the spot and the location is soon good - literally 100 meters from the parite shop port. Room and and facilities are great and the kids really loved the indoor ones.unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the foot bath outdoor but the overall experience is the best of this Tokyo trip. The free minibar is a clear value add.
