GGiulia&TraicyIt was perfect! The staff was amazing, they accepted to delay our checkout and proposed to keep our luggage the time we visited the city! The deluxe room was amazing, we'll definitely come back!

杰杰夫 Monza飯店的位置在市中心，走路進去很方便。
飯店裝修的很新，家具 衛浴的品質不錯。
但是有些房間的格局有點問題。第一個給我們的房間 在二樓。打開窗戶竟然看到的是餐廳， 沒有真正對外面，我們本來就是訂的有對外窗戶的房間。所以去請櫃檯人員幫我們換 ，剛開始說客滿了， 但是我們還是堅持要對外的窗。後來說給我們升級房間 到頂樓。房間雖然比較大 但是因為是頂樓 有屋簷的梁。所以房間內部空間 真的不太合理。到床的另外一邊 都要低頭 且小心的移動腳 才不會撞到頭 或是腳踢到床腳。
