Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old town of Dijon, very close to Galeries Lafayette. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are large. The hotel restaurant is 2 stars in Michelin, a small dozen tables. Very sorry that I didn't book in advance and missed it. However, there are many restaurants within a minute's walk around. Special snails and red wine beef face meat are worth trying. mustard roast chicken is especially recommended.
AAnonymous UserIt was incredibly hot and smelly as the 12 people room which went around two corners only had a small AC above the entrance and the windows couldn't be opened at all. I asked at night if it was possible for them to open them shortly, they claimed they had no key. Next day while check out I was told that they do have a key and they were sorry the person from the night before should have opened the windows....
Alsoy triple beds missed the ladder for the middle bed, so you had to take the one to the top and awkwardly get of on the middle bed. Very clean tho.
GGuest UserPros of the hotel: the best location, there is an elevator, normal soundproofing of the rooms, a bunk bed for children in the room, nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant at breakfast, friendly and professional.
The main disadvantage is the cleaning! The floors in the room have not been washed since the day the hotel opened, probably! Dust on all surfaces, the plumbing is dirty.
The room is small, there is no closet for things, no safe. On the first floor there is a cooler with drinking water and tea making facilities.
Breakfast: cheese, ham, powdered omelet, sometimes bacon, pastries, baguette, pancakes, fruit, natural coffee from a machine, tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you are used to hot dishes and vegetables, this is not the place.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, even very good for Europe.
GGuest UserAlthough the room is not big, the location is very good, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, and very comfortable.
In addition to note that although there is an elevator, in fact every floor has half a floor of stairs to go.
VVakantiebezoeker.Prima service van de staf, goede inrichting, nieuw hotel uitgebreid ontbijt, goede voorzieningen, zelfs een zwembad en opladers voor EV. Afgesloten parkeerplaats voor de auto!
GGuest UserIbis Dijon Claymontsuo, the location is super convenient! Opposite is the Convention and Exhibition Center, a ten-minute walk from the old town, and the attractions are very fast. The room is modern and clean, wooden floor + air conditioning, comfortable bedding, free Wi‑ Fi stability. The front desk service is warm, the breakfast is simple, the price is high, the business and travel are suitable, recommended!
GGuest UserThe location is quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel does not have hot drinking service. You have to pay to provide hot water. It feels average.
KKarimThe pool has not been working for months.
After paying, we receive an email to tell us that the pool is off service
The worst in all of this, no commercial gesture is proposed and the management doesn't even take time to call you to find a arrangement
GGuest UserHotel correct, noise of the chairs of the floor of the top to be revised with noise-free slips.
Restaurant was average especially the very fat duillet and frozen frites not terrible
