It was incredibly hot and smelly as the 12 people room which went around two corners only had a small AC above the entrance and the windows couldn't be opened at all. I asked at night if it was possible for them to open them shortly, they claimed they had no key. Next day while check out I was told that they do have a key and they were sorry the person from the night before should have opened the windows....
Alsoy triple beds missed the ladder for the middle bed, so you had to take the one to the top and awkwardly get of on the middle bed. Very clean tho.

Guest UserPros of the hotel: the best location, there is an elevator, normal soundproofing of the rooms, a bunk bed for children in the room, nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant at breakfast, friendly and professional.
The main disadvantage is the cleaning! The floors in the room have not been washed since the day the hotel opened, probably! Dust on all surfaces, the plumbing is dirty.
The room is small, there is no closet for things, no safe. On the first floor there is a cooler with drinking water and tea making facilities.
Breakfast: cheese, ham, powdered omelet, sometimes bacon, pastries, baguette, pancakes, fruit, natural coffee from a machine, tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you are used to hot dishes and vegetables, this is not the place.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, even very good for Europe.

KingEricThe hotel is close to a large shopping mall and a tram station leading out of the city center. The parking lot is very good and large and free! The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and friendly. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit old and the ventilation is generally poor.

Although the room is not big, the location is very good, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, and very comfortable.
In addition to note that although there is an elevator, in fact every floor has half a floor of stairs to go.

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train.
Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

Très bon acceuil, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute (Sylvie, Tristan, ainsi que le personnel au moment des repas).
Tres bonne cuisine.
Literie très confortable et chambre très calme. Aucuns bruits , surtout la nuit, malgré la proximité de la voie rapide.
Emplacement parfait, proximité du tram, permettant de se déplacer dans Dijon tout en laissant la voiture sur le parking gratuit de l' hôtel.
Nous reviendrons.

The pool has not been working for months.
After paying, we receive an email to tell us that the pool is off service
The worst in all of this, no commercial gesture is proposed and the management doesn't even take time to call you to find a arrangement

Hotel correct, noise of the chairs of the floor of the top to be revised with noise-free slips.
Restaurant was average especially the very fat duillet and frozen frites not terrible

Rapport qualité/Prix excellent.
L’hôtel est très simple et les installations ne sont pas très récentes mais apporte ce qu'il faut pour un passage : il y a un lit (simple pour une personne pour ce qui me concerne) avec un matelas confortable, une télé, un petit bureau, une douche et du chauffage (séjour en février). La chambre était globalement propre malgré une couverture un peu élimée.
L’hôtel est bien situé non loin de la gare, du centre-ville et du réseau de bus.
