GGuest UserMy stay was overall average, but there were several aspects that were disappointing for a hotel of this standard. First, the check-in experience was not very welcoming. The staff member at the front desk seemed unfriendly and did not provide the warm hospitality I would normally expect. Second, the bed and pillows were too soft for my preference. I called housekeeping to request firmer pillows, but unfortunately they were never delivered. These issues may seem small, but for a hotel of this level, attention to guest comfort and service responsiveness is very important. It was quite disappointing that my request was not followed up. I hope the hotel can improve the service and responsiveness in the future.

GGuest UserHotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay.

L’établissement est rĂ©cent, propre, avec des installations modernes et bien entretenues. On sent une volontĂ© de viser un standing plus Ă©levĂ©, peut-ĂȘtre celui d’un 5 Ă©toiles selon le directeur. Malheureusement, certaines pratiques vont totalement Ă  l’encontre de cette ambition. Le parking est facturĂ© 18€/jour, ce qui me semble exagĂ©rĂ© Ă©tant donnĂ© l’emplacement hors centre-ville et la prĂ©sence d’un grand parking gratuit pour d’autres usagers (notamment les joueurs de padel). Cela donne l’impression que les clients de l’hĂŽtel sont pĂ©nalisĂ©s sans raison valable. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs limitĂ© pour un hĂŽtel de ce niveau : le buffet est incomplet, certains plats sont payants et doivent ĂȘtre commandĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©ment, et il n’y avait mĂȘme pas de jus d’orange, ni sur le buffet ni Ă  la carte — seulement de l’eau et du lait. C’est loin des standards d’un 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles. Les capsules de cafĂ© dans la chambre sont facturĂ©es 1,50€, ce qui est surprenant et dĂ©cevant pour un Ă©tablissement qui prĂ©tend offrir un service haut de gamme. Dans la grande majoritĂ© des hĂŽtels 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles, ce genre de prestation est inclus. Cela donne une impression de mesquinerie, en contradiction avec l’image que l’hĂŽtel essaie de projeter. Le point le plus dĂ©rangeant : le personnel est entrĂ© dans ma chambre le soir, sans m’avoir prĂ©venu, pour effectuer un « service de rangement ». Je n’avais rien demandĂ©, et j’ai constatĂ© que certains de mes effets personnels avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©placĂ©s. Je n’aime pas que l’on entre dans ma chambre sans mon autorisation explicite, ni sans m’en avoir informĂ© au prĂ©alable. Cela m’a mis trĂšs mal Ă  l’aise. Qu’un mĂ©nage soit fait le soir peut ĂȘtre un service apprĂ©ciĂ© par certains, mais il doit ĂȘtre clairement annoncĂ© ou demandĂ©. J’ai exprimĂ© mon mĂ©contentement au directeur. PlutĂŽt que d’écouter mes remarques, il m’a rĂ©pondu de maniĂšre condescendante, insinuant que je n’avais « pas l’habitude de frĂ©quenter des hĂŽtels 5 Ă©toiles » et que ce genre de pratiques Ă©tait, selon lui, tout Ă  fait normales. Une rĂ©ponse hautaine et dĂ©placĂ©e, loin de l’accueil et du professionnalisme attendus dans ce type d’établissement. En guise de compensation, le directeur m’a offert la capsule de cafĂ© Ă  1,50€. J’espĂšre que cet avis aidera les futurs clients Ă  avoir une vision plus rĂ©aliste de cet hĂŽtel. Pour ma part, malgrĂ© la qualitĂ© des installations, je ne le recommanderai pas. Le service client, l’écoute et le respect de l’intimitĂ© ne sont pas au rendez-vous.
