Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food ."

Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.
This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel."

RRickySantosPHThe location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

GGuest UserThe perfect balance of price, scenery and service. First of all, the location is very good. If there is no self-driving, it is only a few hundred meters from the nearest terminal and bus station. There is a big supermarket within a few hundred meters, so it is convenient to buy everything. The hotel has a perfect view and is located by the lake. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Como from the hotel lobby and the hotel garden. Most of the rooms should have a very good view. No other plan to enjoy the view in the hotel is very satisfying. The overall facilities of the hotel are also ok, 4 stars are no problem, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is considered an excellent level among 4 stars. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with the scenery of the restaurant, very enjoyable. Finally, the service is good, and the staff are very helpful.

NNataliaThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.
