"The hotel is clean and you can park in the yard. There is a big supermarket next to it. It is a 15-minute drive from the city center, so it is only suitable for self-driving. The room is at the level of domestic home inns. The room on the second floor does not have any exterior view, just like a skylight. Alas, it is not satisfactory."

"Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. "I chose this hotel after hesitating for a long time. I paid 50 Euro more to get a lake view room. Italian hotels are generally old. Although this one is older, the facilities and rooms feel relatively new. It was very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was delicious. I can rest assured to book this hotel next time."

"The service counter was very friendly. The overall environment is very clean and comfortable, and the space is large and sufficient. I like simple and clean style, and I like the cool breeze which is very comfortable. And the sunshine in the early morning. Hear the bustling sound of the road. The password door is a bit dangerous. It would be scary if someone broke in while you were sleeping. The only scary part."

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied.
If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone.
While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!

Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.
This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

LLiuhuanhuanhuanThis is a new hotel after relocation. The previous address was next to it, so the navigation was still the previous location. It took 10 minutes to find it. It is inside the Maserati 4S store park. The hotel environment and facilities are very good. It has its own swimming pool and indoor and outdoor peddle courts. It feels like a vacation. The hotel service staff is very good, and the room hygiene is cleaned twice a day. Whether it is Lake Como or going to the center of Milan, it is recommended to stay here if you drive.

Room was clean and quiet, comfortable bed but pillows were too flat for me personally, parking is 5 mins away from hotel, breakfast was not a big selection but there was everything that we need. There is not gym that's why i 3 stars for the facilities. I recommend this hotel.

Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

MMarinThe hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff.
