GGuest UserПрекрасные апартаменты: чисто, уютно, тихо, идеальное расположение в историческом центе. Очень любезные хозяева: мы приехали пораньше нам приготовили номер через 30 минут, рассказали где что расположено, дали карту. Завтрак был приготовлен из местных продуктов и все домашнего приготовления, что особенно ценно. В общем очень рекомендую это место и если буду в Лечче, обязательно остановлюсь здесь ещё раз с удовольствием:)

GGuest UserIt was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

LLittle Prince 小王子We got a deluxe double room which has a second floor with sofa. Everything is clean and new in a historic building. Great toiletry amenities. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with selected items on the rooftop with a great view of the old town.
Close to railway station and old town. Would stay here again

AAnonymous UserThe hotel sheets and quilt cover were obviously not changed after the last guest checked out. There were hair and a lot of black fiber balls on the sheets and quilt cover. Call the front desk at 23 o'clock in the evening to help deal with it. The front desk said that it would not speak English. It also said that room service was off work. As a star-rated 4-star hotel, it was a bit speechless. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not a local neighborhood, many are foreign faces, pay attention to safety when traveling at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the square near the station. The rooms are spacious and have a variety of rooms with classic furnishings. Spacious room with separate room garden and large and renovated bathroom. The choice was made by the neighborhood with the FS station but I should go back to Lecce is here I would go back. nice and professional staff. Quality price convenience: excellent. GGuest UserThis was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be.
The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely.
One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.
