XXiupingWe stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for a special celebration. The room was huge and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.
The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations.
If you're looking for a place with ample space, spotless rooms, and outstanding service, this is the place to be. We’re so glad we chose this accommodation for such a special occasion and would highly recommend it to others!

MMomo-xiaomaoEverything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.

GGuest UserI stayed in the 5th floor penthouse with a private terrace and great view. It is not ski-in ski-out but the bases are at walking distance in about 10 minutes. The check in is done at another sister hotel a bit of a uphill walk so take your taxi directly there on arrival.

SShang jiunnPerfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc.
The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities.
It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area.
They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

GGenting Highlands Peak 8paxCozyHome @Ion DelemenThis hotel is super awesome and I am blessed that I booked this hotel. Their front desk staff are super kind and friendly and you can ask them all the questions you may have. The view from my room (Yama Shizen) is super super awesome and I can see snowing and nothing is blocked in front of my balcony. The hotel also can arrange free pick up and drop off at the Hirafu Welcome Centre which is also very near to the stay. They can also help to book bus for you to go to the New Chitose Airport. The room is also huge and very cozy and there is a washer/ dryer just in front of our room door and the dryer worked fantastically well. My kids really enjoyed the stay here where they can even play snow at the balcony inside the room. The surrounding is super lively and the convenient shop Lawson is also within walking distance for about 10 minutes. Everything is wonderful and I will surely come back here if I were to come to Niseko again in the future.

GGuest UserHinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!
