My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. I had a wonderful stay at Ki Niseko. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the slopes, restaurants, and nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly those at the concierge, spa, and restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The hotel amenities were also very good, with well-maintained facilities that enhanced the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the dryer, which was not as effective as expected. Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded expectations. Overall, Ki Niseko delivers a high-quality stay with outstanding hospitality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

Everything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.

For two people, the room is relatively large in Japan. It is quite far from the ski resort, but there is a bus to pick up and drop off at fixed points. Just pay attention to the bus time. It is still very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared with surrounding areas. It is good to skate at night. If you are studious, you can take a bath both indoors and outdoors. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, you will see Mt. Yotei. It is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but it is not mentioned on Ctrip.

Perfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc. The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities. It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area. They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

Very spacious house. The three of us booked an apartment suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. The house was very clean. The fridge had three complimentary drinks already in it, as informed by the front desk. The area is surrounded by hotels. We drove in the evening and parked in the underground garage, then didn't go out again. So, I'm not sure how convenient the surroundings are. It's about a 12-minute drive to Takahashi Farm, which felt quite convenient. It's a good hotel if you don't rely heavily on hotel services. It's great for self-sufficient travelers. The price is generally acceptable.

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc. We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.  This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko. Thanks intuition team again🥰

This hotel is really great. It is in the snow field. There is breakfast every day. The focus is on the Chinese counter. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.
