Nikko Style Niseko Hanazono ★★★★
"The hotel has a great viewpoint nearby. On summer nights, you can see many large beetles and the Milky Way."
MUWA NISEKO ★★★★★
"Excellent! So far, this is the most convenient Niseko hotel I've stayed at, and it's ski-in/ski-out!"
Torifito Hotel&Pod Niseko ★★★★
"The capsule is spacious and the breakfast is quite extensive."
Always Niseko ★★★
"The hotel is quite new with comfortable bed and beddings. Reception staff are expats with fluent English and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok as it was cold and a bit salty so need improvement. Given we came in low season we were the only guest here and we have a good stay with a very reasonable price and good service."
SANSUI NISEKO ★★★★★
"Everything was great!"
Niseko Prince Hotel Hirafutei ★★★
"Room was a bit old but well maintained. Onsen is 24/7 but also sell for non-hotel guests. Great service"
Chalet Ivy Weiss, Niseko ★★★★
"This hotel is truly a sanctuary from the world. On the day we checked in, perhaps due to the season, we only encountered three other groups of guests in the entire hotel, which gave us a sense of having the place to ourselves – absolute privacy! The outdoor hot spring is a must-visit. As someone who enjoys fitness, I was very impressed with the well-equipped gym, which even had Pilates machines. After a good workout, you can head straight to the outdoor hot spring next door to relax. The dining was also excellent; for breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style, both featuring unique local ingredients, which was really interesting. The service was also superb. During a chat with one of the staff members, I learned that Jenny was also from Hong Kong, and it was such a pleasant surprise to meet someone from home. Jenny's service was wonderful and efficient, ensuring we had a fantastic stay. I'm a bit torn about whether to recommend this hotel because I don't want it to become a crowded place, haha. I only recommend this hotel for those with a car, as there's nothing else around, not even a convenience store. It's perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing escape."
Yotei Dream One ★★★★
"I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, the environment was clean and the air was pleasant. My girlfriend loved it and said she wants to come back again! 🫶"
Setsu Niseko ★★★★★
"An excellent hotel! The location is superb, right below Hirafu. The rooms are perfect, and the kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line Emelie. This will be my first choice next time I visit Niseko."

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono
"The public areas are exceptionally well-designed, beautifully blending Park Hyatt's signature luxury with a Japanese onsen resort vibe. The overall atmosphere feels both sophisticated and relaxing. The breakfast and the selection of restaurants are much more extensive than at the neighboring Higashiyama Niseko Village, and the food itself tasted noticeably better. Service is also a major plus here. The welcome fruit wasn't just generic apples, pears, or bananas; they offered a plate of strawberries, which felt very thoughtful. Whether it was the Japanese staff, foreign staff, or the Chinese-speaking employees, everyone was consistently warm and natural. I was particularly impressed by a young woman in the restaurant department, who seemed to be from Henan, China. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making conversations very pleasant. Communicating with other foreign staff members in Japanese was also seamless; there was no need to force English, nor did we have to resort to translation apps like we did at Higashiyama Niseko Village. Finally, upon departure, since the hotel doesn't have a shuttle bus and we couldn't immediately find a taxi, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a complimentary business car to take us to the station, which was a huge bonus to the overall experience. The basic room type in the hotel building is a large suite with a double bathroom design, offering a high level of comfort. There are some drawbacks, however. As a hotel opened in 2020, there are already visible signs of wear and tear on some of the leather and fabric in the rooms, so the maintenance isn't perfectly pristine. The views are also significantly less impressive compared to Higashiyama Niseko Village, where you can see Mount Yotei directly from the lobby, rooms, and even the onsen. Additionally, this hotel has more rooms and also accommodates quite a few group tours, so even during the non-snow season, it's quite popular, making it less quiet overall than Higashiyama Niseko Village."

Niseko Inn of Youtei Raku Suisan
"The environment, service, and scenery all deserve 100 points. Although it didn't snow, the ambiance and service already gave us a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. It's great value for money and offers a high level of privacy. A truly excellent experience! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

Skye Niseko
"Very satisfied, the top place in Niseko, will continue to stay here in the future"
The Vale Niseko
"This hotel is really great. It’s right in the ski resort and comes with breakfast every day. The highlight is the Chinese counter at the counter. The service is really great. We encountered many problems and Yiyi helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we had to go to another hotel. It was really nice that a hotel even sent us a car to take us there. We couldn’t book a return ticket to the airport online and they took care of it. From now on, we will only come to their restaurant when we come to Niseko. Fortunately, there is a counter for this trip. assistance"
Chalet Ivy Hirafu, Niseko
"I will choose it again next time, but I will choose a bigger one with a kitchen. The hot spring is great"
Intuition
"When I made the reservation it said that I could enjoy ¥10,000 discount for booking activities/ski pass/gear rentals via them, with due date to use the discount 7 days before check-in. I made several long-distance calls + Whatsapp + emails asking about how to exercise the discount, the staff always asked me to wait for their email with instructions. However, the email never showed up! Is it a SCAM??? ¥10,000 couldn’t even compensate my time & long distance calls spent on all the chasing & communications! The Luxe Nomad is nothing more than just a property management company, in a nutshell, with absolutely ZERO customer service support. If you go for them, be prepared to be on your own for anything you might need. I would never return to any Luxe Nomad property and rather stay at Ki Niseko / Skye Niseko etc that are run by local Japanese whom understands what hospitality is."
Niseko Kyo
"We had a fabulous time at Niseko, enhanced by the incredible 5 nights stay at Niseko Kyo. This is our second stay and will also be booking for 2026. The accommodation is luxurious yet such homely feel. Love the in room onsen! The highlight of our stay is the impeccable service extended by not just a few Kyo staff, but All front desk/Conceirge members! Huge thanks to manager Jared and his super amazing team, Manon, Christina, Anna, Reo, Finn and everyone else (apologies if I forgot your names). Prior to arrival and in between till our departure, every step of the way, all our requests regardless big or small, were enthusiastically and meticulously met. Thanks very much Kyo team for going the extra mile! I'm amazed by the consistency of excellent service delivered by the entire team in 2024 and 2025, despite some changes in staff. The prompt and caring Kyo service extended to us, as well as the genuinely friendly conversations with Jared and his team keep drawing us back :) Looking forward to the Kyo experience next year!"
YAMAKEI Residences
"We stayed for three nights in a three bedroom unit that has a private onsen, and we loved it very much! The unit is spacious and bright, with a scenic view fromthe living room. The property provides shuttle to the center."
