Guests should be comfortable with the sound of roosters, parrots, and birds that surround us. The “Pozo de Jacinto ” is right at the back of the property, and in front there is a mangrove. Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 42" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, swing bench, bistro set, and a swing with a lovely view of the gardens on the front yard. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contanimation. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind. Experience Isabela like a local in this 4-bedroom house. We are located near local restaurants, stores, gas station and across the street from Jobos Beach. This gorgeous property features 3 bunk beds and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like beach essentials, heating, WiFi, AC, and hairdryers, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a convenient shower with built in shower heaters and hairdryer. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Our house is in the same floor to our second listing which is an apartment. Both have individual entrances and do not share interior space but do share the front gate entrance and the parking space. Parking space will be assigned in case both listings are booked during the same days in order to maintain control and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Beach Amenities will be in an outside storage box in front of the property.
