The administrator of the villa is friendly, speaks very good English, and greeted us very well upon arrival. The villa was cleaned and linen changed every day. They also give coffee capsules and water every day. We recommend.

I was traveling with children, ages 1.5, 7, and 14. They charged 300 baht for breakfast for a 7-year-old. Even though there was nothing else for breakfast except bread and eggs... the breakfast was terrible, not tasty. When checking in, I asked for a room on the first floor. Good property, but just away from Pattya main town, spacious room and bathroom, nice pool, breakfast in ocean bistro is best we had in our this Thailand trip,the staff Mr Ken is very helpful, h e help us in lot of ways, overall good experience

The room was very clean, cute, and comfortable. The host was lovely and took great care of us. The place is right by the beach and very close to many restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!
