Overall, the stay was okay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The accommodation met basic needs, though there is still room for improvement in some areas. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids, and the house is suitable for a relaxing family getaway. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

During the last school holidays, I had the opportunity to stay at a four-star hotel located in the heart of the city. My stay there created many wonderful memories and allowed me to personally assess the quality of services offered. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities and service, although there are a few areas that could be improved. Upon arrival, my family and I were warmly greeted by the staff at the reception desk. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The hotel staff provided clear explanations about the available facilities, including breakfast times, the location of the swimming pool, the fitness center, and other services guests could use. Their professional and friendly demeanor made an excellent first impression. In terms of location, the hotel is strategically situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and several tourist attractions. Its easily accessible position made travel more convenient and saved time. Furthermore, the area around the hotel was clean and safe, allowing guests to walk around and enjoy the city atmosphere without worry. Our room was very comfortable and clean. As soon as I entered, I noticed the neat furniture arrangement and ample space to move around. The soft and comfortable bed allowed me to rest well after a full day of activities. Amenities such as air conditioning, a television, a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, and wireless internet access were also provided to meet guests' needs. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the hotel's very satisfactory level of cleanliness. The cleaning staff performed their duties efficiently and meticulously. The room was cleaned daily, while towels and toiletries were replaced regularly. Public areas such as the lobby, elevators, restaurant, and swimming pool were also consistently clean and tidy. The well-maintained cleanliness provided comfort and confidence to guests throughout their stay. Regarding food, the hotel offered a variety of delicious and appetizing meal options. Breakfast was served buffet-style, featuring a wide range of local and international dishes. These included nasi lemak, toast, cereals, fresh fruits, pastries, and various beverages. The food quality was good, and the taste was satisfying. However, I believe the hotel could add more menu variety, especially for guests staying for a longer period. Additionally, the hotel also provided a range of recreational facilities

Overall the room is spacious worth the price. However it still can improve some amenities or equipments such as: - The bathroom basin can change already, it's old, mouldy n small. - The toilet tissue hanger also can change it, it has already spoiled. - The blanket already old and got stains n hair on it. - The air conditioner is located away from the bed, so just one side is cooler. Another side totally can't feel the cool air.

Overall, the stay was average. The cleanliness of the room could be improved—the floor felt slightly greasy and slippery when walking, and there were a few ants spotted on the table. On the positive side, basic amenities were provided, including small bottles of shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and a hairdryer, which covered essential needs. There is also a shared parking area available, making it convenient for those driving. The location is quite good, as it is close to a private hospital and a shopping mall, offering good accessibility and convenience. However, the internet connection was very poor—it could connect to the network, but there was no usable internet access.

Stay 4 adults 1 child.. Large room 2 queen beds 1 single. If you want a prayer mat and a kettle, ask at the reception.. The bathroom door is the type that cannot be locked.. You can push and pull the door.. the bathroom is very clean.. This hotel is antique.. Next time you want to go to SP.. You can stay here again.

I am truly satisfied with my stay in urban inn SP saujana. Location is strategic if you plan to commute to hospital & is less traffic as compared to opposite route. The hotel is nice. Receptionist is friendly & helpful. I found that the initial room was too small as I will be staying for 1 month & the receptionist (Indian lady) was very helpful & found another room for me (deluxe queen if I’m not mistaken). Room was spacious enough. Took some time to cool down the room as it has 3 big windows but I am ok with it. Few small tomyam shops around & mr diy, speedmart. So it’s convenient to find things. Once in a while you can enjoy at amanjaya mall.Definitely will recommend this room for my friends. Thank you 😁

If you are looking for an affordable hotel near the town area and do not expect a high-end hotel experience, this is still a decent option. I would recommend requesting a room that is not facing the nearby swallow-raising shop if you are sensitive to noise

The rooms & facilities were good, location wise and the nearest places like mall or shops are nearby, but since i stay during festive seasons, felt a bit stranged. Receptionist not at the desk most of the time, and having difficulties to contact from room. Overall, just good for a budget staying..
