Overall, the stay was okay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The accommodation met basic needs, though there is still room for improvement in some areas. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids, and the house is suitable for a relaxing family getaway. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

Best Hotel in Gurun. Near to 24 hour restaurant and shops. Nearby to Mount Jerai, bus and train.

This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the Sungai Petani KTM station, with many restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out are done via kiosks in the lobby. The room wasn't spacious, but it was soundproofed enough that I couldn't hear traffic from the main road outside, and the plumbing was fine. A hairdryer was also provided.

This is a really great value budget hotel in Sungai Petani. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was super cold. The location is truly strategic, making it very easy to find places to eat and shops nearby. The check-in process was also quick, and the staff were friendly. The only minor downside is that parking can be a bit limited during peak hours. Highly recommended for a short trip or business travel!

Overall the room is spacious worth the price. However it still can improve some amenities or equipments such as: - The bathroom basin can change already, it's old, mouldy n small. - The toilet tissue hanger also can change it, it has already spoiled. - The blanket already old and got stains n hair on it. - The air conditioner is located away from the bed, so just one side is cooler. Another side totally can't feel the cool air.

I stayed here while attending a running event in Sungai Petani. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the ETS station. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the bed was comfortable and I had a restful night before the race. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some upgrades. I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, but service was rather slow, with both my order and those of other guests taking a long time to be served.

Second time staying here! The location is super convenient with parking available. Even though there's no breakfast, it's great value for money! The room is simple and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly, but their English isn't great. You can use Google Translate to communicate with them in Malay. Overall, it's pretty good! There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby!

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a transit stop, and it was a simple, no-frills experience. Be aware that parking is not provided on-site, so you’ll need to park opposite the hotel across the road, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or arrive late at night. The room itself was basic but met essential needs. Towels and soap were provided, which was a nice touch for a short stay. The hot shower worked well, and I appreciated being able to freshen up after a long day of travel. If you’re looking for a quick stopover, this hotel can serve the purpose, but don’t expect luxury or extensive amenities. Suitable for a one-night transit stay
