Also, we had booked an extra bed with breakfast, but when we went for breakfast, the staff questioned it despite us having the payment receipt. The staff took pictures and called someone we don't know. It really ruined our mood because it took a long time in front of the cafe. It seemed as if they weren't given proper information or training."

The hotel is strategically located, close to many restaurants, shops, and popular attractions around Sungai Petani, making it very convenient for getting around. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Although the hotel is a bit old, it offers many good facilities. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, and the kids’ pool is especially attractive for children. One unique feature is the large screen near the pool area, which provides entertainment for guests while they relax. Food prices within the hotel are reasonable and not overly expensive. The hotel also has a squash court and a gym, both of which are available for guests to use. Breakfast was enjoyable. There is an egg station where fresh eggs and omelettes are prepared, and the omelettes were especially delicious. While the breakfast spread is not very extensive, the food quality and taste are good. For families, the breakfast add-on for children aged 5–12 years is reasonably priced at RM18. Overall, we had a good stay and were satisfied with the service and facilities provided. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sungai Petani."

Its easily accessible position made travel more convenient and saved time. Furthermore, the area around the hotel was clean and safe, allowing guests to walk around and enjoy the city atmosphere without worry. Our room was very comfortable and clean. As soon as I entered, I noticed the neat furniture arrangement and ample space to move around. The soft and comfortable bed allowed me to rest well after a full day of activities. Amenities such as air conditioning, a television, a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, and wireless internet access were also provided to meet guests' needs. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the hotel's very satisfactory level of cleanliness. The cleaning staff performed their duties efficiently and meticulously. The room was cleaned daily, while towels and toiletries were replaced regularly. Public areas such as the lobby, elevators, restaurant, and swimming pool were also consistently clean and tidy. The well-maintained cleanliness provided comfort and confidence to guests throughout their stay. Regarding food, the hotel offered a variety of delicious and appetizing meal options. Breakfast was served buffet-style, featuring a wide range of local and international dishes. These included nasi lemak, toast, cereals, fresh fruits, pastries, and various beverages. The food quality was good, and the taste was satisfying. However, I believe the hotel could add more menu variety, especially for guests staying for a longer period. Additionally, the hotel also provided a range of recreational facilities"
