Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a very modern decor, and the beach is absolutely stunning. The room layout is simple, stylish, and comfortable. The complimentary snacks were also delicious. There's even a Jacuzzi and a small pool, which looked incredibly inviting. My only minor complaint was that the breakfast wasn't very diverse. I wish there were more options, especially since the breakfast didn't change much over my two-day stay. When traveling in Thailand, I'd love to try more local dishes. On the positive side, all the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.

MMonta ChadaWe had a wonderful stay. All the staff provided excellent service with a true service-minded attitude. The location is great—peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a holiday getaway. We highly recommend this hotel as a great choice for your vacation. Special thanks to Khun Kan, Khun Mind, the breakfast room team, and all the front desk staff for their warm hospitality.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great. The reality exceeded our expectations. The value for money is superb. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to explain everything and help out. The rooms are clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. They constantly treat for insects. Breakfasts are good, with fresh fruit always available. The only downside is the location. There's nothing nearby. It's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the nearest cafes. Walking by road isn't an option. However, this is easily solved with a taxi, which is cheap there, using apps like Bolt or Grab.

GGuest UserThis place offers great value for money during the Chinese New Year period, which is why I come back every year. When it first opened two years ago, I absolutely loved it – clean, beautiful, and delicious food. Last year, I was a bit disappointed; the room wasn't very clean, and the service had significantly declined. This year, however, I found the room to be very clean, and the service had also improved. Overall, it's excellent, and I'll definitely be back next year. Now for the downsides: breakfast isn't great. Apart from the coconut, everything else is pretty mediocre, so if you tend to sleep in, there's no need to book breakfast. The Thai restaurant is absolutely terrible. Two years ago, it was super delicious, and last year it was decent, but this year it was practically inedible. Not a single dish was good, and for two people, we spent over 5000 baht, which isn't cheap. I'm baffled how it could have gotten to this standard. The beachside restaurant, however, is fantastic – it's consistently good every year! After that first experience, we ended up eating all our subsequent meals there. The Panpuri spa is also great, affordable and relaxing. Next time, I'll definitely book a pool villa. It's almost impossible to find a quiet time to swim in the main pools during this period, as all three pools are always packed.

AAnonymous UserThe Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa boasts stunning oceanfront views, with a design that perfectly blends a seaside resort vibe with modern, minimalist aesthetics. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The infinity pool and sea-view rooms offer expansive vistas, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The spa and dining maintain consistent quality, and the family-friendly facilities are also quite comprehensive. Whether you're traveling with family or as a couple, it caters to both relaxation and a quality experience.

IIga SI stayed at The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien and overall had a good experience. The hotel design is stunning - very modern, stylish, and full of beautiful details. The pools and beach club vibe are great, and the DJ in the evenings adds a fun atmosphere. There are several restaurants, but this was the main downside. Cocktails (especially at Esmé) felt very weak for the price, and service could be improved. We had an unpleasant interaction with a manager when raising a concern, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the rooftop bar was a highlight - friendly staff and a great vibe. Breakfast had a good variety, though it was quite crowded during the holiday and involved a wait. The hotel also offers parking, which is convenient. Overall, this place has strong potential to be truly 5-star if service improves. I would consider coming back, or trying another The Standard Hotels location next time.

EEn SeoulService: staff are very nice from check-in, bellman, restaurant staff, check out. Great service 10/10. Food: could definitely improve. We ordered egg Benedict with ham and the ham was sour. It is average if you don''t expect much. Good promotion on 2hr free flow drinks. Room: we booked pool villa, pool was clean. The bathtub stopper was not working so no bath. The AC angle needs tp be adjusted as rhe AC wind was blowing directly on your head.

GGuest UserThis hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean. The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss. The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests. The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough. One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period. This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel. They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
