The hotel was very clean, staff was great and helpful. They do a toast at 7:33 nightly to celebrate the repeal of proabition. Had an amazing stay

Absolutely stunning rooms with loads of space. Refrigerator and iron in room. Mask policy was not being upheld in the lobby.

I had such a great stay and having the museum to explore was even better. The art was fascinating and was such a great kickstart to my day. The special touches in the rooms were wonderful like a plush robe, dark chocolates, and a Nespresso machine. Proof that is connected to the hotel has amazing food as well. Can’t wait to check out other 21C hotels.

The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. House keeping came everyday, which was nice. The restaurant onsite had the best food in town.

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.
