Very nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening. Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb! And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee. So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Very nice room and very good service. I booked the wrong room apparently but the front desk worker Josh new what I was looking for (cause we had called before booking online ) and he left a note for them to keep that room available for us for when we arrived . Appreciated the extra step . ❤️

We had a great stay. The location as excellent with an easy walk to restaurants and bars and and the baseball stadium just behind. Hot tub was hot and pool was great. We got last minute tickets on the front row to see the Bats. Top tip, free on street parking after 5pm until 10am to the side of the hotel and $10 parking all day opposite the stadium - only 3 mins walk. Hotel parking is reasonable but we were on a budget!

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

The location is very good, it is more convenient to go, the price is superior, the room is bigger, there is a desk, the office is very convenient, the breakfast is better than expected, and will come to Louisville later.

We booked this room for 4 PEOPLE. All booking sites including staybridges own website state, a queen studio room, can accommodat 4 people . It does not. It barely fits 3. It is set up with 3 knives. 3 forks, 3 towels, 3 bowls, 3 plates, 3 wine glasses, 3 drinking glasses. We had to buy air matress for our daughter to sleep on. Would book again based on cleanliness and amount of things offered. But room accommodation is misleading.

It took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.

It was a nice place the owners and staff was very friendly and helpful could use some new carpet but over all it was nice
