The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "Second time staying up here. Very nice hotel. The only negative was you could hear a door shutting not sure which one but super loud and happened on and off throughout the night and day! Also fyi there is a parking charge of $17.00. All the staff was extremely nice check in and out, cleaning attendants and especially the bartenders."

"The design is similar to the Tru hotel I have stayed in before, the lobby is spacious, with comfortable tables and chairs, beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, and 24-hour hot water and coffee supply. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably designed, and the shower had hooks for hanging clothes. The front desk was very friendly."

"Stayed here for the second time, because it was on Saturday, so the price is more expensive than usual, but the hotel is good, the swimming pool gym has, do not like to eat old American breakfast, go out to the hotel for a few minutes to have Chinese food, location Very good, there are shuttle buses from the airport for ten minutes. Overall recommendation."
