GGuest UserGood location, within 5-10min walk to red line Central station. A good number of cafes, restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby.
Facility fee includes some dining vouchers that we used for buffet breakfast, Bread variety is good, 3 hot food and fruit.
Appreciate that the front desk team very friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe room environment was decent, but it only came with two small bottles of water, and the room itself felt a bit old. There was no breakfast included, so the value for money wasn't great. When we first arrived, the front desk was deserted, and we had to call for someone to come and help us.

GGuest UserThe hotel also includes breakfast, which is unexpected! And the breakfast is very good, with salmon, rich fruits, blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers, cantaloupe, pineapples! The American breakfast is very good 👍👍 It is also very close to Newton Center, and there is a good Cantonese restaurant. There is a river with kayaking behind the hotel. It is not far from downtown Boston by car. It is a good hotel. The price is not very cheap. Later, I stayed in the Marriott in Burlington and realized the difference. The latter has no breakfast, but the room is very new, the facilities are complete, and the parking is free. The former parking is about 10$ a day, and the room card is swiped to enter and exit

The hotel is equivalent to a domestic 3-4 star hotel. The dinner is simple and average. The breakfast fee is not included in the accommodation fee. A 10-15% tip is required for breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very satisfactory, the room is big, the bedding is good, and it meets the international four-star standard. I will stay here again next time I come to Boston. The only thing that needs improvement is that the waiting time for breakfast is too long. We need to wait for about half an hour every day. Also, the attitude of the front desk is average. The request for a 30-minute delay in check-out was rejected without hesitation. In addition, the parking fee is 20 per day.

CCHUAN KOKThe hotel is an ordinary Hilton hotel with some shopping districts around it, which is not bad. But the attitude of the counter staff is average. I forgot a pair of shoes in the hotel, and I called to ask for it at night, but I couldn't reply. If you find it, call me and let me know. If you can't find it, you won't be notified. It's been a day and I haven't received a notification. 🥲🥲🥲
