This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

Thanks to the hotel's one-on-one butler service, we received a wonderful surprise: a room upgrade! We were absolutely thrilled with our trip. In the cold winter, both spacious floors of our room were incredibly warm, and having a hot spring pool on each floor meant we could enjoy a dip without even leaving the room – it was truly fantastic! The hotel service was impeccable; even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally patient and friendly. The complimentary dinner and the breakfast buffet were both delicious. The breakfast, in particular, offered a wide variety, including soup dumplings, omelets, and steak. We'll definitely be back in the summer to experience the room's infinity pool.

I should have stocked up on a few more room coupons, ugh. . . I saw several public accounts recommending Ctrip’s package for 999 for 2 nights, but there were a lot of bad reviews on Ctrip. It was a newly opened store and the hot springs were not equipped yet, etc., so I bought one at random. When I was still thinking about buying it, I found that Ctrip had taken it off the shelves and only sold a few dozen copies. It was not very popular. Later, when I wanted to make an appointment, I found that the dates were all full. I asked Ctrip and found out that her family was selling package meals in **, so Ctrip helped to make the reservation successfully. I looked at it, hehe, it’s much more expensive than what I bought [laughing] The service was very good. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~ There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~ It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try. We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

My family went on a trip during the Spring Festival. The hotel provided great service during the festival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The underground parking lot was spacious and the breakfast was rich in variety. Fruits were given away every day. When seeing relatives visiting, the waiter even gave us mineral water. Thumbs up!

There was a surprise when I stayed at Kaiyuan for the first time. When I checked in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to the duplex parent-child room on the 3rd floor of the villa for free. Both adults and children were very satisfied. The children had a lot of fun in the parent-child room upstairs. After the rain, we took a walk in the hotel's 100-acre tea garden and the sparkling Swan Lake. An unexpected surprise happened again. Three ducklings chased us and played all the way. The children couldn't bear to part with them and clamored to take them home. Before leaving, the children reluctantly said they wanted to stay for another day, but they had to go to school and could only come next time!

🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!

The room in Building 8 is not bad. Stayed for three nights. I would like to comment on the breakfast in particular. There are a wide variety of dishes and they are rotated every day. The taste is also good. I tried the black rice, which is soft, glutinous and sweet. The large intestine noodles are delicious. The cold dishes are different every day and are refreshing and tasty. The breakfast is very cost-effective. Many five-star hotels cannot reach this category. I hope the quality will continue to be maintained. Huang Fang in the restaurant is very warm and considerate, making me feel at home. I stayed for another night. Thank you Huang Fang. Zhao Zhuhua at the front desk answered all questions and provided enthusiastic service. Although Liyang is a niche city, it is clean and quiet and suitable for citywalk. Liyang Hotel is convenient for travel. The surrounding Gaojing Park is small and beautiful, and Yanshan Park is large and beautiful with flowers blooming in the garden. Yanhu Park is very suitable for walking. Jinling Liyang Hotel is the first choice when you come to Liyang again.
