MM773074****This is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful setting and a very stylish design. I loved it. The room was clean and spacious, just the style I love. There was even a small gift in the room: a cute wooden bunny. The service was also very attentive. When we went out for dinner, the waiter even offered to take us to the restaurant in their own car. It truly felt like home and warm. Finally, I have to emphasize that the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The wonton soup was made with fresh fish broth and was incredibly delicious. I also tried all the noodles and Western dim sum dishes, and they were all delicious. I heard they're opening a new location in Beijing, so I'm looking forward to it.

XXiaribingxueThe hotel is a small high-end hotel, the room facilities are very good, the design is very chic. Service is also available. Most of the service staff should be locals, very kind, like going home. Especially the hot spring sister Xu, really good, during the hot spring, I have been serving tea for us to send water towels and fruit, really good! Thank you! The hot spring is very clean, it is a bit cold, the women's dressing room needs a floor mat, otherwise the feet are cold when changing clothes.
There are a few tips:
1. The plates used in the restaurant need to be heated in the big winter, otherwise the dishes will be cold soon, and the kitchen tastes good, but it is uncomfortable to eat cold dishes in winter.
2. Whether you can not push the cart to the guests for breakfast, watching a car with leftovers and dirty dishes while eating is really unappetizing. If you can use a tray to collect dirty dishes, it will be more elegant, and the restaurant venue is actually not big, and it will not increase much workload.
3. The air conditioning in the corridor in winter should be warmed up a little, and the waiters passing through the corridor should pay attention to close the door connected to the outdoors.
4. There are not enough paper towels in the room, and there is no paper towel next to the sink. It is best to add one for the convenience of guests.
5. L'Occitane's shampoo and conditioner are really as bad as ever... You can feel that the hotel wants to provide guests with high-quality toiletries, but L'Occitane is really, people can't complain about 🙄.
6. There is no waiter in the small bar of the hotel, I can't order it, I want to drink and coffee without drinking...🤷♀️
Of course, the service staff are very active and enthusiastic, that is, as a small boutique hotel, some details can be better.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!

Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it...
🎙️Late-night horror moment:
I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative!
🍉Welcome gift was a big failure:
I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓
💧The most confusing operation:
The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️
🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast:
It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
