Amazing
AAnonymous UserI just checked in this afternoon and was resting when a waiter came and rang the doorbell and asked to come in to check the water bar. I told her that I just checked in and hadn't touched it yet, but she insisted on not leaving, saying that this was her job responsibility. I said you should check before I checked in, not when I checked in and rested, but she insisted on not leaving, saying that she didn't come in the morning because she was busy at work. I had no choice but to let her in and she wouldn't leave. I had no choice but to let her in to finish her job. The front desk staff was also not polite. The male and female front desk staff didn't even say hello when checking in and checking out.
DDizhulaoye1The hotel is small but clean, the service staff are very nice, and the rooms are exquisite. The location is about two kilometers away from the White House, and there are CVS and many restaurants at the door, so it is very convenient.

Great
Sstacey8This hotel is quite good. Many government officials stay here when they are on business trips. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the White House. The Treasury Department is across from the hotel. It is also only 5 minutes walk to popular restaurants in DC. The room is large and well lit with many windows.
GGuest UserLess than a ten-minute walk from the White House and the capital's central axis, the hotel enjoys a prime location, fronting a tree-lined boulevard and offering a beautiful setting. Besides the main attractions, the surrounding area also offers a wide range of dining options. The hotel is small, and the room amenities aren't perfect, but they retain a touch of French elegance. The restaurant downstairs serves good food and is reasonably priced.
Of course, staying in the heart of DC, don't expect a bargain. In addition to the Ctrip room fee, this hotel also charges a $34.79 ”Urban Experience Fee and Tax” per day. Even so, the rate is only average for the area. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but Valet Parking charges $65 per day plus tip, which is average for the area. The problem is that the parking is quite far away, and the wait to retrieve the car can take over 20 minutes.

LLesheniwangmiThe room is large and suitable for family business. Breakfast is convenient. The front desk is very friendly. There is a supermarket nearby, and there are many food options within a 5-10 minute walk. It costs only a dozen dollars to take a taxi to the White House
NNathanJThe service was great, and the room was clean. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool and spa. The breakfast was overpriced and quite small portions. When ordering the fruit with french toast, we only got a few blueberries and no other fruit. The chairs in the restaurant were also a bit worn and could do with replacing.

ZZhufuxiaoxiaoThe hotel is comfortable and spacious, with the elegance of an old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. Go to the central grassland, the core attraction, and the White House can be reached on foot. Two blocks away is Chinatown, which is convenient for eating. Macy's and various famous stores are not far away. One stop for all requirements.
The only downside is that there is a humming in the ventilation duct that is facing, it must be replaced.

GGuest UserThe sound from the next room is so loud that it feels like you're in the same room!
I paid for the early check-in option through the official website (150 dollars), but when I asked when I checked in, they said it wasn't guaranteed..? I was embarrassed because it was different from what they said on the official website, and I just wasted my money...? I think it would be good for others to do their research carefully.
Still, the hotel's location is very, very good, so it's great for walking around the National Mall. Most of the restaurants that come up when you search on DC are located nearby.
