Amazing
AAnonymous UserI just checked in this afternoon and was resting when a waiter came and rang the doorbell and asked to come in to check the water bar. I told her that I just checked in and hadn't touched it yet, but she insisted on not leaving, saying that this was her job responsibility. I said you should check before I checked in, not when I checked in and rested, but she insisted on not leaving, saying that she didn't come in the morning because she was busy at work. I had no choice but to let her in and she wouldn't leave. I had no choice but to let her in to finish her job. The front desk staff was also not polite. The male and female front desk staff didn't even say hello when checking in and checking out.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, right outside the White House, and close to DC's main attractions and museums. If you are physically fit, you can walk there. The lobby is very classical and gorgeous, but the room facilities are average, and certainly cannot be compared with the four or five-star hotels in our country. The breakfast is very rich, which is good.
GGuest UserWe upgraded to a river view room at the hotel. The view was very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The room was very clean and the bathroom layout was good.
The hotel lobby provides free teas of all kinds. I really like hot apple tea, especially when I come back from the cold outside and drink a cup of hot apple tea in the hotel lobby. It's very comfortable.
I would also like to praise the front desk staff and manager of the hotel. The service was very good. Once we came back and the room was not cleaned, the hotel waived one day's room fee and some other fees. This is what a high-end hotel looks like. I am very happy that I have always liked staying at InterContinental Hotels. I also booked Christmas dinner at InterContinental Hotel in New York. They really have good service. I will continue to stay in the future.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a long history and the facade is full of retro style. The location is excellent, close to the US Treasury Building, especially suitable for financial practitioners. It is very close to the Washington Monument and the White House on foot, estimated to be within 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are small, exquisitely designed, and the lobby on the first floor is elegant
552trip It is very close to the station. We have a standard room. I feel that the room is very spacious. The front desk clerk is very warm and thoughtful. The explanation is very detailed and patient. Because our English is not very good, we communicate with the front desk through the translation function of ChatGPT. The service staff at each front desk were very patient and kind. Very pleasant stay experience, long-lost full marks. I want to live here in Washington in the future, thank you for every staff here.

ZZIHAOCome to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.
Xxin xiaoThe hardware of the hotel is great, from the lobby to the indoor facilities, it is in line with the grade of St. Regis. But the service is really disappointing. It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come. I called to ask, and the reply was: I forgot!
I checked out on the third day and told the person in charge about such bad service. This person said sorry, but he was actually very arrogant and didn't apologize sincerely.
No one helped with the luggage when I left the hotel. The guy at the door didn't leave at all. Well, I saved the money for a cup of coffee.
DC St. Regis, no chance next time!

ZZhufuxiaoxiaoThe hotel is comfortable and spacious, with the elegance of an old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. Go to the central grassland, the core attraction, and the White House can be reached on foot. Two blocks away is Chinatown, which is convenient for eating. Macy's and various famous stores are not far away. One stop for all requirements.
The only downside is that there is a humming in the ventilation duct that is facing, it must be replaced.

GGuest UserThe sound from the next room is so loud that it feels like you're in the same room!
I paid for the early check-in option through the official website (150 dollars), but when I asked when I checked in, they said it wasn't guaranteed..? I was embarrassed because it was different from what they said on the official website, and I just wasted my money...? I think it would be good for others to do their research carefully.
Still, the hotel's location is very, very good, so it's great for walking around the National Mall. Most of the restaurants that come up when you search on DC are located nearby.
