The service was just okay. The environment and price are top-notch, but you'll know what I mean as soon as you check in – the bellboy completely ignored me. The interior environment is really good. If the service could match it, this place would be unbeatable and truly worth the price.

RichardDExcellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again!

The hotel was so-so, a bit old. I don't remember much about it, I didn't even take many photos. The parking fee was extremely expensive. That's typical of hotels in the US. However, this hotel charged for half a day or a full day's parking each time you went out.

I stayed in hotels here and there for a month, but this is the best. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is varied and the location is good. Breakfast is also served with disposable dishes and food that is not used immediately, and the staff who cleans the empty bowls help you organize the table at any time. The heating was really warm, so it was windy that day, but I slept warmly. There was nothing in the room that didn't have spoons, forks, pots, tooth knife, dishwasher, etc. If you are traveling with your child, it would be really nice to stay here. The location is good, so you can walk and the subway station is close. Only take a good memory of the residence.
I didn't use it because I didn't know how to use the dishwasher, but there are susemi and kitchen detergent in the kitchen, so it's great for long stays!
The time I spent in the residence ended my trip with a very good memory! Thank you!

Guest UserWe got a friendly help in check and got to leave our bags until check in time. Got a big room on level 9. King size bed, soffa and comfy chair. There is a big counter with office chair if you need to work. Tv, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, safe. The bed and linen were really nice. Bathroom with a shower and plenty of space for all your hygien stuff. We did not use the restaurant or valet service. But all the staff we meet was friendly. I would come back if I visit Washington DC again. The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro red line, close to the city center and all the sights.

RichardDNice 5* hotel near Georgetown. Friendly staff, warm restaurant and bar area, large rooms. However, if you are expecting a typical Park Hyatt-level execution, you will probably be disappointed. Great place, but doesn't quite meet that bar.

The room is very good, the furniture and bedding are very new and clean, and it is tidy every day without tipping. In the end, we realized that when we gave a tip (it was the last day), we also gave each of my family of four bathrobes, disposable fur mops, and snacks. The common room I booked was automatically upgraded to a sea view twin room! The service at the front desk is also very thoughtful. You can answer any questions about bottled water for free. You can ask him how many bottles he wants, and you can drink lemonade and orange juice in the lobby. There is no time to swim in the heated swimming pool. The underground parking lot costs 10 knives an hour and 75 knives overnight. Wharf has a good environment for shopping and eating, and the sea breeze is comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Guest UserHotels in Washington are generally much cheaper than in New York, so I didn't have high expectations for this hotel given its great price. However, it actually exceeded them, apart from being a bit too close to the train station, which meant some noise from the trains. Everything else was really good. The room layout was very practical; it didn't feel small for a family of three. The location was also super convenient, just one metro stop from Union Station, and the metro exit is right outside. Dining was easy too, with fast food and a 7-Eleven downstairs, and several restaurants within a 10-minute walk. A taxi to DCA airport cost $20-30 and took 15 minutes if there was no traffic. Getting to all the downtown attractions was easy by metro or taxi.

The room is super nice and the staff is so welcoming and got my husband and me upgraded to a room with a balcony which has the best view ever in town. The hotel has everything, gym room, swimming pool, restaurant, you name it. Everything is perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!
