The hotel's location is great, right in the town center and close to attractions. You can walk to the White House and other sights within 20 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel's downstairs restaurant is also good. Breakfast was decent and quite varied, though you need to ask a server for coffee and other drinks. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the room itself is quite spacious. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Stevie’sIt is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW.
15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site.
The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

Guest UserThis was my first trip to Washington, DC, and I booked this hotel in advance because the location looked great and I was able to get a really good discounted price.
Although the room was listed as having a queen bed, it honestly felt more like a double or full-size bed. I was also disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator.
However, the biggest issue was how dusty the room was. I think it was the first time in my life that I sneezed more than 50 times in a single day. It bothered me throughout the entire trip, and constantly dealing with a runny nose made me even more tired. I eventually had to go to CVS and buy allergy medicine.
I chose this hotel mainly because of the price, but if I visit DC again, I would probably pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Most places are still easily connected by metro through Google Maps anyway, so getting around the city and visiting tourist attractions isn’t difficult at all.
That said, the front desk staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, so I would still recommend it for solo travelers. However, if you’re traveling with two or more people, I would suggest booking a better room than the one I stayed in, even if it costs more.

Guest UserThis hotel has a fantastic location, directly accessible from Union Station and Dulles International Airport. There's a metro and bus stop downstairs, and major attractions and museums like the National Mall are within walking distance. Restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the soundproofing isn't great, but the cleanliness is good, and cleaning is prompt. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.
Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained
Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating
Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations
The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

I booked a superior queen room, but they gave me very small one. The room is so tiny that I won't be able to open my luggage if i had one. Fortunately we only had carry on luggage. The window is very tiny cutting corner of the room making it a narrow gap between the bed and the window. The corner of the bed hurt my leg a few times when I passed in and out . There are full of dirty marks on the small table. To my surprise, when checking in, the receptionist told me I have to pay US$32 extra for the facilities. I didn't understand what she meant. Then she gave me a card to read. And said it's on their website. This is a rip off. I never knew I would have to pay extra US$32. . Such a thing had never happened to me before.

Guest UserAbsolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill.

Guest UserThe location was excellent, very close to the subway station and a supermarket. The facilities were clean, and the Hollywood star photos displayed were very tasteful – it was a wonderful hotel. I also appreciated the water refill station next to the first-floor restroom; it was a subtle but helpful amenity.

Excellent! This is exactly the kind of hotel I love – it really feels like a home away from home. The room is very spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the two sofas are perfect for lounging. It even comes with a coffee machine and coffee beans, which I definitely took advantage of, having several cups. If you need toiletries like toothpaste or slippers, you just ask the front desk. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the metro station, just a short walk away. Plus, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.
