Washington D.C. Hotels with Parking

The bedding and environment of this hotel are all very good. The most criticized thing is that some of the charges are not clear, and it is easy to overspend and overpay. For example, breakfast is provided, but in fact each room is controlled at 80 US dollars, and the excess is paid by yourself. Because it is a à la carte meal, the price on the menu does not include tax, and guests will not consider these things in advance. When calculating the amount, they usually exceed the amount because of not considering the tax. There is also a 30 US dollar mini bar and bar, which is simply mandatory consumption. Because of these two items, guests feel very bad, and feel that the hotel or the dealer is not authentic. I hope to explain this in detail in the reservation instructions.

As a Hilton Honors member I trust the Hilton Quality standards worldwide and never had so far a disappointing experience until now. The Washington Hilton is well located and the overall facility is nice. But the level of cleanness on the floors is below average, and for the very first time I see the housekeeping just putting fresh towels in the room and a plastic bag with coffee supplies, without doing literally anything. This is simply not acceptable and doesn't correspond the Hilton standards. Also the room service is a Fastfood delivery in plastic bags and paper boxes. Again, I haven't seen such a thing in any other Hilton. On top of it, they charge obligatory $25,- per day for hotel consumption, regardless if used or not. Overall a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff and the Concierge were very friendly and professional, therefore the upgrade of the service stars.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Most hotels in Washington D.C. are quite old, but this one seems to have been recently renovated, creating a vibe that's both classic and contemporary. The hotel is located north of the White House, on the central axis. While it's a bit of a walk to the subway, it's definitely within walking distance. What truly stands out is the hotel's decor and furnishings. The room perfectly embodied that cozy American aesthetic I imagined, and the bathroom was spacious. The artwork chosen for the room showed good taste, and the lighting in the common areas was very comfortable. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries, and breakfast is à la carte. I ordered a set meal and coffee, which came to $30 including service, and it was quite delicious.

Absolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill.

I stayed in hotels here and there for a month, but this is the best. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is varied and the location is good. Breakfast is also served with disposable dishes and food that is not used immediately, and the staff who cleans the empty bowls help you organize the table at any time. The heating was really warm, so it was windy that day, but I slept warmly. There was nothing in the room that didn't have spoons, forks, pots, tooth knife, dishwasher, etc. If you are traveling with your child, it would be really nice to stay here. The location is good, so you can walk and the subway station is close. Only take a good memory of the residence. I didn't use it because I didn't know how to use the dishwasher, but there are susemi and kitchen detergent in the kitchen, so it's great for long stays! The time I spent in the residence ended my trip with a very good memory! Thank you!

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

The TV had no signal, and after trying various methods, I gave up. The room door needed to be closed gently to avoid making a loud noise. The toilet flushing was mediocre, and the amenities seemed cheaply made. Most importantly, the room was filled with a pungent, overpowering smell of newly renovated furniture; it was very irritating and made my throat very sore. I suggest the hotel remove the smell (I'm not sure if it's formaldehyde). This is the first time I've experienced such a throat irritation in a new hotel.

The rooms are spacious, well-healthed and the breakfast is rich. The traffic is more convenient. It takes about half an hour to take the subway to the main attractions in Washington. There are some shops nearby.

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.

The location is excellent! Make sure to book a room with a monument view; it's directly facing Freedom Square, offering an expansive view of the monument. The front desk staff are all very friendly. The hotel is modest, not overly luxurious – Marriott seems to be positioned a bit lower here than it is in my home country.
