I saw several public accounts recommending Ctrip’s package for 999 for 2 nights, but there were a lot of bad reviews on Ctrip. It was a newly opened store and the hot springs were not equipped yet, etc., so I bought one at random. When I was still thinking about buying it, I found that Ctrip had taken it off the shelves and only sold a few dozen copies. It was not very popular.
Later, when I wanted to make an appointment, I found that the dates were all full. I asked Ctrip and found out that her family was selling package meals in **, so Ctrip helped to make the reservation successfully. I looked at it, hehe, it’s much more expensive than what I bought [laughing]
The service was very good. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~
There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~
Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~
You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong]
After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good.
The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~
Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~
It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try.

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

LlynnllllThe decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea.
I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings.
The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring.

When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

GGuest User899 yuan booked a 2-night garden view room, presented tickets for Shanshuiyuan and Nanshan Bamboo Sea, free turtle feeding, free kayaking experience, full price! The room is large, the facilities are new, the Kohler bathroom, not only has a large balcony but also an L-shaped sofa. 2 big and 1 small make up for the breakfast and attraction tickets for the 7-year-old child. The location is very good. It is at the entrance of the Shanshuiyuan. Although there is no swimming facilities, you can go to the Tianmu Lake Hotel across the road for 60 yuan per person. The child fell and the hotel sent iodophor cotton swabs and ice buckets. Microwave heating is also available, and the dinner that was not finished the night before is served for lunch the next day.

The night before check-in, we received a call from the hotel service lady Xiao Lei, informing us that the hotel had a water pipe burst. In order not to affect our travel itinerary, we were upgraded to a mountain view room in another hotel! Thank you very much for the help of hotel service Xiaolei! GGuest UserA very pleasant stay experience, the homestay is near the Tianmu Lake archway, not far from the scenic spot. The environment in the homestay is very good. There is a large koi pond. The plum blossoms are in full bloom. There are scenery everywhere. Children are the happiest to feed fish. Not to mention the cute pet paradise. Guests staying are free of tickets. All kinds of small animals are well raised. There is a sand pool trampoline slide at the exit. It has been a long time since we can control the children hard. We are afraid that there are many people in the scenic spot during the New Year. We have been playing at the homestay for two days. It is completely OK. The butler service is also very good. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time. Thank you. I saw that there is a large open-air swimming pool in the homestay. I will come to swim next summer.～
The private soup room is quite large, and the private soup pool is alone in the innermost part. There will be no problem of soaking water vapor affecting the room. This is very good.

The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.

XXiaoshuruantangI was really satisfied. I came with my parents and saw the lovely giant panda house with a sweeping view of the bamboo forest. The floor-to-ceiling windows really gave me a peaceful feeling of living in the forest. The stay was also great. The boss was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious~~ It's very close to hot springs and attractions, about a 5-minute walk.
