Great ocean swimming is available. If you bring regular goggles, you can swim while snorkeling. I spent over 700,000 won per night for four nights, but excluding the ocean swimming, it's not a good value. I thought 300,000 won per night would be more reasonable. The reason is the inconsistent room service. For example, there were twice no coffee cups in the room, and I had to ask for coffee capsules. They also left sheets in the room. The towels didn't look clean, so I wiped my face with a tissue. I don't think the towels are suitable for a five-star hotel.

We had booked a two-room apartment with sea view at the Villa Malo More Hotel, and we were absolutely happy with our stay! The apartment was very spacious and had two bathrooms, with sweaters, towels and socks available. The hotel also has a sauna near the pool. The staff was particularly pleasant, welcome and helpful.I would like to thank a young woman for the reception, very laughing, who spoke French and who was very pleasant and available. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel also has a sports room, spa and many other facilities that have helped make our stay even more pleasant. We were really enchanted by our experience in this hotel ***** and we strongly recommend it! It is about 35 minutes from Dubrovnik Airport, which is also very convenient. We have had a very good stay and we will be happy to come back to this hotel.

It's a very cute antique-style hotel. But there's a lift inside the hotel, so you don't have to worry about bringing your suitcase in. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff and gardeners were very kind and friendly, making it a very comfortable hotel.

We've just returned from a weekend in Dubrovnik, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in the peaceful Lapad area, with magnificent sea views. The setting is truly superb and very relaxing. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant, with a splendid view. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout our stay. It's clear that the establishment is well-managed and that the customer experience is taken seriously. We also really appreciated the easy access to the seaside promenades (via the lower level of the restaurant) and to the Lapad district, which is very lively in the evenings while still being much calmer than the Old Town. The only area for improvement would be the external noise from the ventilation system. In summary: a beautiful hotel, well-located, with an exceptional setting, a fantastic breakfast, and pleasant staff. We would definitely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful spacious room with an excellent view of the sea. The only setback is that the bathtub did not come with an anti slip mat which can be a little slippery getting in and out. Staffs are so friendly and gracious. Breakfast spread is a little disappointing for a 5* hotel. The set up of items are quite messy eg the butter is not placed near the jam. The gluten free items placed in a corner that's not that obvious. The egg station is so far away outside with only 1 person handling so many egg orders.

I didn't have a meal the first night. The restaurant closed at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9 p.m., just in time for the breakfast. They didn't offer me anything since there are paid restaurants, but there's room service. They could have offered me a snack in my room after a flight delay due to the weather and fatigue. I made this point the next day. I was given a bottle of white wine, not red as I had requested. It was perhaps too expensive for me, but at the table I did see wine served, plus six macaroons. Same for departure. I had asked from the beginning if I could have my room, even if I paid a supplement, because of a late flight at 7:30 p.m. The response was negative, too many reservations. I was given two shared shower stalls at the spa, which were not cleaned between each guest. I had to walk around with my clothes in my hands until I got to the spa. I'll end on a positive note; I had a very good stay. The site is magnificent, the hotel is quiet despite the crowds at the resort.

Our stay at The Pucic Palace was truly magnificent. The room, location and atmosphere were wonderful, but what really made it special was the exceptional service. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the room and Niko at the front desk went above and beyond to help us: he arranged an Uber so the ring could reach us before our next flight and kept calling to make sure everything was fine. Thanks to him, our honeymoon was saved – absolutely 10/10 and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel is located in the resort area of ​​the new city, and the scenery is very good! We guys stayed in the garden view room! It's on the first floor, lower than the road. It's okay for a few guys to stay, but if you are a couple, don't stay. Choose a sea view room! The scenery is too different! There is a bus to the old town 5 minutes away from the door! The drive takes about 20 minutes! It's very convenient! The breakfast is first-class! The lobby is simple! The room is clean and comfortable! There are several swimming pools!
