Great experience and will highly recommend it. Our family (multiple)stayed here when visiting Goa for a family function. Shrutika and Pooja ***** with their team did an excellent job to make sure every guest in our group was cared for and coordinated things meticulously and thoroughly. Our house keeping staff on the 3rd floor were prompt and patient. Always willing to help and making sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you! Couldn't have asked for better service. The rooms were spacious and clean, Amenities were all very good making it an overall great value

Overall, I really liked it. It's missing just a few minor details to make it a 5, which is typical of Indian culture. The area is near the Portuguese Quarter. For some reason, the area around the hotel is poorly lit in the evening, while the Portuguese Quarter is well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Disappointing for a 5 star property.
They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well.
Rooms are clean but old and need improvement.
Breakfast buffet had mediorce options.
Staff barely smile at you.
Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome.
We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Dinesh K R MWow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the Management and team of Doubletree Goa!

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly.
The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food.
This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating.
The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended.
In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

All staff were great. Facilities were great. Housekeeping gave us mosquito repellent so we could sleep peacefully. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Only issue was during breakfast as it is quite chaotic, but I would blame the guests for that as many don't have common courtesy. Some are picking food with their fingers directly from the buffet and not using utensils provided. Some are standing close to the buffet and eating their meals without any concern for other guests.
Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.
