5-Star Hotels in Kemer

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es besonders für Familien und Gäste empfehlen, die gerne etwas mehr Unterhaltung und Aktivität mögen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das vielfältige Essen sowohl am Buffet als auch im À-la-carte-Restaurant. Die Qualität und Auswahl waren sehr groß und vielfältig. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie auf der gesamten Hotelanlage war sehr gut. Die Abendshows sorgten für gute Unterhaltung, und das Angebot für Kinder war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet. Ebenfalls positiv sind die Cocktails und die Haus Wein. Einige Punkte haben uns jedoch weniger gefallen. An der Rezeption war eine Mitarbeiterin leider unfreundlich, während das übrige Personal freundlich bis sehr freundlich war (Restaurant, Zimmerservice etc). Das Game Center empfanden wir als relativ teuer. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer laut. Das Hotel eignet sich unserer Meinung nach besonders für Familien und Gäste, die gerne etwas Action und Unterhaltung haben. Wer einen möglichst ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte bei der Zimmerwahl darauf achten. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Zimmer zur Straßenseite teilweise ruhiger sein könnten als andere Bereiche der Anlage. Die meisten Gäste kamen während unseres Aufenthalts aus Russland. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil: Wir haben sogar gemeinsam Fußball gespielt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Great hotel, good everything!!! Starting from location, the most beautiful mountains, green, and the sea 😍 it's just beauty!!! The hotel itself is large, green. A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking. Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time. Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment. The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark. We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet. The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

A great place for family rest. Of the big advantages: a beautiful sea and a pier, from which it is convenient to swim without stepping on stones like on the shore. Big pool; another with several rolls (works 4 hours a day); several restaurants, bars in any part of the hotel, delicious eating and drinking can be almost 24 hours a day. Interesting location in terms of landscape, mountain view, especially at sunset and dawn, is impressive. Clean cleaning, room is all there, hotel can recommend

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Rixos is not the same anymore... it needs to be renamed to Rixos Economy Tekirova. Last year we were disappointed in Rixos Sungate, this year we decided to treat ourselves to Tekirova, but all that was left of Rixos was the name and the inflated price. Savings at every stage, people go to Rixos out of habit (like us), there are a lot of people, and there is a catastrophic lack of staff. Of the evening entertainment, there is a disco inside the children's club and live music in the lobby, to be honest, in the evening it is frankly boring in the hotel. The heated outdoor pool is just for show, a small part is heated. It is unrealistic to wait for drinks in the restaurant, they should have made points where you can pour yourself, it is easier to go yourself. We bought a room with a sea view, we were given a free ”upgrade” to the room. A room in the far building with access to the pool (without heating), next to the playground, where you can only dream of silence) We refused such an ”upgrade”, because It was clear that there simply weren't any rooms of our class available. We came to the reception, and that's it, they checked us in only at 15. They gave us a side view of the sea instead of a direct one. The staff pretended to be as worried and understanding as possible, but they didn't change the room. Closer to check-out, they offered us another room, they wrote about it at 16:00, that they were cleaning it now, and in the end they ”cleaned” it until 22:00. We liked the room, but since the child was already asleep, they asked us to move the next morning, they refused, saying there weren't enough rooms. On the topic of rooms, there was a great building with standard rooms, but they remodeled it. This time we stayed in a ”deluxe” room, it's not clear by what criteria such a loud name was given, an ordinary small room, tiles on the floor instead of carpet, a bathroom with doors, you can't go to the toilet in peace, I think this is important for many. We came to the rope town, it's not working. It turns out that the wrong time was sent to WhatsApp. Rope town, climbing wall works for 1 hour a day around lunchtime. And for slightly older children, this is roughly one of the entertainments, Rixos kids is still for the little ones. In general, a strong disappointment from Rixos, not comparable to what it was before 2022, it is clear that they are trying to save on everything they can. What is left of the premium: these are expensive bottles of cosmetics and food, there was caviar once, red fish once, and otherwise it is an ordinary normal five, but not for that kind of money. After that we left for a hotel of a lower class, while the quality of rest was higher. Of course, Rixos is a very advantageous place, beautiful nature, well-groomed territory, but the hotel has changed its concept for the worse, they are just trying to make money on the former name. Thank you for the past trips, they remained in our memory for life, but a new time has come and it's time to look for new hotels)

The room and restaurant were very clean. The food was of good restaurant quality. From soup to dessert. The variety was also good. The drinks were cold and delicious. We thank the chefs and all the staff for their efforts. All the staff were smiling and polite. It would be better if there was a workstation. It would also be better if the sunbed capacity on the beach was increased. We were very pleased with the pavilion service. The animation shows, acrobatics, and live music performances were very good. Parasailing was fun, I recommend water sports activities to those who will stay. We benefited from the spa and massage services every day. The fees for these extra services (pavilion, water sports, scrub/massage) were ***et reasonable. Especially when you consider other touristic places in Türkiye. If we go to Kemer, we will make a reservation at this hotel again.

Pozitif; Gördüğüm en iyi ve en güler yüzlü personel ekibine özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. 1 tane negatif personel görmedik çok şaşırtıcıydı. Otelin herşey dahil kurgusu çok güzel ve yeterli seviyede. Negatif; İçecekler konusunda oteldeki tek güzel şey çaydı.. İmport içki verilmesini beklemiyorduk ama birasından votkasına cininden kokteyllerine hepsi gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Kokteyl konusunda bardaki arkadaşlar boşuna uğraşıyor premix koyun bardakla herkes alsın daha kötü olamaz zaten. İçine kullanılan alkolden soft drink’e şuruplara kadar herşey faciaydı. Bira içelim bari dedik bir bira nasıl bu kadar tatsız olur tarifi yok. Yemeklerde çok çok kısıtlı tatlılar felaket kötü. Yiyecek içecek konusunda haksızlık yapmayalım şu iyiydi diyebileceğimiz hiçbirşey yoktu o kadar kötü. Ortalık o kadar çocuk doluki ne kafa dinleyebilirsiniz ne herhangi bir köşeye geçip sakin bir ortam bulabilirsiniz inanılmaz hiç bitmeyen bir çocuk gürültüsü içerisinde tatil yapıyorsunuz. 6 yıl önce aynı otelde kalmıştım o zaman çok daha iyiydi. Bu 2. Ziyaretimdi ama 3. olmayacaktır.. Personel ekibine tekrar teşekkür ediyorum

The hotel is wonderfully designed and offers an appealing ambience. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The animation team offers great offers and is very motivated. The food is fantastic. I still have one criticism: A table tennis table for outside would have been nice. Unfortunately, the existing one is in poor condition and urgently needs to be replaced. Otherwise the hotel is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

We liked the rest very much . Clean, service and animation at the top level. Work trip.com very fast and did not deliver problems . I definitely recommend it.

A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks! The price is clearly inflated!
