Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We had a lot of fun and got plenty of rest. We didn't want to leave. We were there during the holiday, but it never felt crowded. Everything was spotless: rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and bars. The evening shows were fantastic, especially the magician and the 'shine party.' My daughter loved the aquapark. Bircan Hanım's gözlemes (flatbreads) were delicious. The à la carte menu could use a slight change; the pizzas could be better. Also, hot items like pişi (fried dough) and fried eggs could be replenished as they run out. The morning cheese selection could be varied, but overall, there was always good food. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

За свои деньги хороший отель. Номер нормальный, чисто, минибар пополняют. По запросу дали второе одеяло. У нас был вид на пустующий соседний участок, на юг, 4 этаж. Вид не самый лучший, внизу неэстетичные хозпомещения, но зато тихо, не слышно шум с трассы. Территория отеля зеленая, ухоженная, компактная, ходят милые животные. Красивая зеленая зона бассейна, прекрасный вид на горы. Бассейн очень чистый, большой, вода приятная, хлоркой не пахнет. Еда приличная, достаточно вкусная, изо дня в день не сильно меняется, но выбор всегда есть, была форель, баранина, дорада. Очень вкусная рыба в баре у пляжа. Алкоголь местный, коктейли мешают на глаз, поэтому качество плавает, но в целом некоторые коктейли я сочла вкусными, лучше, чем в других отелях. У главного ресторана есть приятная зона на улице под навесом для тех кто на отдыхе любит есть на открытых верандах (для меня это важно). Вечерняя анимация хорошая, кроме вечеров караоке и танца живота. Свет, звук, оформление - все прекрасно. Аниматоры приятные. Есть диско бар у пляжа с музыкой аля-Сочи. Слабым местом отеля считаю море и пляж. Пирс - громоздкий, бетонный, изогнутый, закрывает всю правую половину пляжа, блокирует горизонт и вид на морскую гладь. Это очень неудачная идея. Пирс был закрыт и в плачевном состоянии - бетон местами разрушался, ржавые опоры. Левая половина пляжа зажата между тем же пирсом и бетонными блоками канала. Во время нашего пребывания на пляже с левой стороны по вечерам и ночью работал трактор, подсыпая и разравнивая ковшом песок из огромной кучи, наваленной у канала. Такая получилась урбанистика - техника, бетон и следы от колес трактора, как в поле, и ноль вечерней романтики на пляже. Это необходимые работы, нам просто не повезло. Море - когда есть волна к берегу приносит измельченный бытовой мусор с яхт, пакеты, пену, в воде появляется взвесь. В штиль - нормальная чистая прозрачная вода. 2 дня из 5 мы не купались по причине грязного моря, я брезглива в этом плане, плавали в бассейне. Навесы на пляже дают нормальную тень, в общем все симпатично, с пляжа хороший вид на горы. Лежаков хватало. В общем, рекомендую, отличный вариант на несколько дней при условии разумной ценовой политики. Надеюсь, отель придумает что-нибудь с пирсом, отремонтирует/демонтирует его или украсит.

We were with a child in economy from May 14 to 21, we managed to get a room here for 50 dollars/day. For this money - well, just great) In general, everything is good. At the beginning of the season, everything is clean, everyone is kind, helpful and cheerful. Decent food. You don’t have time to put an empty glass or plate, they’ve already cleaned it. On the beach, looking around at the neighboring beaches, you almost feel like a king - a lot of sun loungers and not shoulder to shoulder. Otherwise, everything is as written earlier: in economy rooms with air conditioning it’s cold, without it you can’t breathe, okay in May you can sleep with the door wide open and even then it won’t suit everyone, but then? Children are bored, the pool is not comfortable to use, the territory is small, there are no slides, few children, a lot of people 50+. In general, I can recommend both the city and the hotel

We liked the rest very much . Clean, service and animation at the top level. Work trip.com very fast and did not deliver problems . I definitely recommend it.

I liked everything very much, the food is excellent gelato for lunch and dinner, a warm pool, 5 minutes to the sea, I think in season they will lay a mat for the entrance, the beach itself is filled with gray sand but the entrance to the water is pebbles, I really liked all the guys from the bars, by the pool there is Ali who does everything known and also a mixologist I think Bach he is just great at the proportions of what you want will do, and there is also a local Matthew McConaughey he works at the dinner bar, everyone is nice, and the bar on the sea opens at 10 with delicious coffee better than at breakfast the bartender calls himself Jack Sparrow Johnny, and right there they bake flatbreads with cheese very tasty I advise everyone if you arrive when lunch is over at 14:30, so early and you can have a snack on a flatbread until 16:30. Special thanks to the service in the restaurant, each hall has its own manager, everyone is very attentive, the waiters pour water or wine, I liked the Russian-speaking Ilya, very nice, with a hearing disability, but he understands everything well, and is just great, the sunniest hall where they cook the grill, the food is different every day, the main course, cakes and desserts, only lunch and dinner. I didn’t understand what was going on with the animation in the evening, the main thing is that it didn’t interfere with sleep. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, they help with any problem, they will tell you everything, they know different languages, they will easily explain everything.

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

We strongly recommend the Golden Lotus we had such a lovely relaxing time we even stayed an extra day the food was delicious all though the day so much choice and cold and hot drinks available all day all the staff were very attentive. This is a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Thank you to the Golden Lotus staff for looking after us we will return

WE WILL BE STAYING AT THE HOTEL FROM NOVEMBER 7TH TO 10TH, 2025. Pros: - Clean, spacious room. - Recently renovated, no mold in the bathroom. - Sauna and hammam available. - Location on the second line. The beach is across the street. - Food is monotonous, livable. - Private beach and toilet facilities on the beach. - Small swimming pool on the premises. Cons: - The room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days. - Internet is paid, and this is a 4-star hotel. Free internet is available in 2-star hotels, but here it's paid and quite expensive. - Beach bar is paid. - Didn't see any entertainment. Apparently, there never was any. - Food is monotonous: eggs in the morning, cutlets and side dishes at lunch and in the evening, sometimes with fish or fried meat. - Only instant coffee from vending machines. There's no grain. - The sauna is a complete dump. The boards on the walls, ceiling, and shelves are black, and it's a maximum of 50 degrees inside. Complaints about the sauna being too cool go unheeded. The shelves are broken, there are holes in them—it's impossible to sit, and the lighting is faulty. I didn't use the hammam—it's a useless room. OVERALL, THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD. For a reasonable price (it cost me 5,000 rubles a night during my stay), it's a decent option, without any frills. It's definitely worth the money. I'd like to see the sauna and room cleaning service improved.

The food is delicious, with lots of fruit and sweets, a wide selection, and fish almost every day for dinner and lunch. Breakfasts are delicious and there's plenty of choice. Appetizers are beautifully presented. There are plenty of dumbbells in the gym, and there are good exercise machines for arms and legs. The room is cleaned daily. Turkish coffee and ice cream are available.
