Probably the most beautiful, well appointed property I've ever stayed in. Every detail here is high-end but not pretentious. The rooms are big and comfortable, the restaurants are amazing including a great food hall with lots of regional choices. Not to sound like a broken record but the pool is likely the best pool I've ever been to; so beautiful, with a calm ambiance. Lastly, the staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend staying here.

Had a fantastic experience, the best in Las Vegas this trip. When checking in, the front desk mentioned a mountain view, and I casually asked if there was a room with a view of the Sphere. They said higher floors did, and upon learning we specifically traveled from Beijing, they upgraded us to the 58th floor with a Sphere view for an extra $30 per room. It was an excellent experience; the room was spacious with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for water refills, which are free. The service was great, and they even gave my child a backpack for the trip. To get to the Sphere, you can cross to the Nordstrom mall directly opposite the hotel, walk through to the Palazzo, and then straight to the Sphere. This way, you don't have to walk outdoors, which is a lifesaver in the Vegas heat. If you're unsure how to get through the mall, just ask a sales associate or the staff at the Trump hotel.

The hotel is spacious and clean! The room was large and the view was fantastic! ♡.♡ The staff were incredibly friendly, and the free valet service was a bonus! Next time I'm in Las Vegas, I'll probably stay here instead of on Main Street! There's a Trader Joe's within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants within the hotel, including two Starbucks. I was very satisfied with the size of the place.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtful👍👍😁😁

The hotel is spacious, and full of character. The rooms are also very large, making it an excellent choice. One of the biggest advantages is that you can walk directly from the hotel to Sphere through the indoor walkway(bridge) in the evening. Since Las Vegas gets extremely hot, being able to avoid the outdoor heat is a huge plus. Charging an electric vehicle in the P1 parking garage is very convenient. Other than the hotel restaurants, which weren’t really to my taste, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Overall, it’s a very thoughtfully designed and guest-friendly hotel.

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.

The room was quite large, but it felt big and empty with not much design sense. However, most American hotels are like this, so I didn't have high expectations. Overall, it was still good. The rooftop bar offers nice night views, and you can also use the artificial beach at the adjacent Bay Hotel.

We were given a room with good view of the Stripe. even the fountain display at Bellagio Hotel. The room is very spacious and quiet with a pantry. Utensils need to be requested for usage. Bottles of water could be collected from the reception. A free tram runs from Vdara/Cosmopolitan to Park MGM. With the absence of in-house casino, the hotel is chaos- free and peaceful though casinos can easily be accessed through the connected walk ways/tunnels to nearby hotels.

Upon check-in, I didn't have any cash and the ATM nearby charged a $12 fee, so I couldn't tip. As a result, I was assigned a terrible room. They're very strict about charges; you can't even touch anything in the mini-bar or on the TV stand without being charged, and the prices are much higher than regular stores. Since the mini-bar was completely full, we couldn't even use the fridge for our own items. The hotel doesn't have a self-service laundry, only a laundry service. The pool is open to the public, and when we went, only one very crowded section was open. However, the gym was excellent. There's also a spa that offers free massages, but it costs $90 for entry on weekdays and $120 on weekends. Overall, a lot of things come with extra charges, and this resort fee is definitely not worth it.

The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future.
