Exquisite location with gorgeous views. The room had central heating which was very welcome in winter.
Highly recommend the Spa - we treated ourselves to one of the personal journey packages and it was totally worth it.

Fantastic stay here, the accommodation was first rate and the staff were brilliant and could not have done more. The shuttle service was fantastic made it feel as if we were in the centre of town, actually better because they went over and above by escorting us to the restaurant to confirm reservations. They also utilise a WhatsApp service which makes everything seamless from making reservations made at local restaurant to order the shuttle from town. I have no problem strongly recommending this hotel.

This hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the wine region. The hotel is a short drive from Franschhoek with the hotel providing an excellent shuttle bus service.
The staff could not be any more friendly or obliging if they tried and we really felt at home here.
The only gripe is that the pool beds are not that comfortable but otherwise this a hotel I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel on outskirts of Franschhoek. About 20 mins issue the town but free regular shuttle service offered. We had a 2 bed villa which was very comfortable ( Wi-Fi a little sporadic away from main hotel) Nice pool ( gets busy though) and lovely verandah for breakfast and lunch. Looks like a nice restaurant but we didn’t use it. Good choice at breakfast . Lovely staff and good service The spa offers an extensive range of very reasonably priced treatments. Lovely hotel!

I'll try and keep it short. My husband died in Septembet last year, so I decided to spoil myself for Valrntines. I booked a room....then went to book dinner at the restsurant..the menu looked divine! When I got to the prepayment it stated dinner for 2 and the price. I wrote to the hotel explaining that I was on my own ( I didn't want to use the sympathy card, didnt think itwas necessary). They said they would talk to the manager....cane back with " you can have dinner at the Terrace attached is the menu"......from fois gras to pizza or a Spur style menu. When I checked in I asked again and said I don't mind where the meal is served but I want the Valentines dinner. No go....my meal was dreadful....I left the starter and main...nibbled on the cheese platter... I am still so cross.....surely a plan could have been made! I find it grossly discriminatory!! When I tried to book on the 7th there was availability. I went to the restaurant after my dreadful meal and asked for the Manager. Holly, the restaurant manager had no idea....no-one had come to her...she was appalled.... I really will not support somewhere where the management just don't care! The room was okay and the pool area was good...the gardens lovely....but lots of stairs. I booked a Spa treatment and that was great, but sorry, I won't t be back to the hotel and will spread my disgust far and wide.

Our 4 night stay was incredible. From the moment we arrived to the time of departure, this has been bliss! The location is fab, a short 4 Minute journey in the complimentary shuttle (always available on request). The breakfast is amazing - the team are incredible. Patricia is so kind and professional, Frank helped with transport, and took us to some of the vineyards. This is the perfect place to explore the area, vineyards and gardens are in abundance. All set within a beautiful valley. Thanks for making it so special.

We booked 3 rooms for our business guests , we had a confirmation and paid everything in advanced. The day we should arrive (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) we received a Whatsapp with the message that they we're overbooked and that they would help us to find another hotel. We are still waiting.....it costed us much frustration and effort tot find another hotel . Let alone our reputation towards our clients.......UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
