Wir haben ein Adventwochenende mit der Familie in Steyr verbracht und uns aufgrund der tollen Lage und einem tollen Adventpackage-Angebot (mit Nachtwächterführung, Eintritt ins Weihnachtsmuseum, Punsch-Gutschein, ...) für das Hotel entschieden. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und hat sehr nette Eigentümer. Die Lage am Zusammenfluss von Enns und Steyer ist meiner Ansicht nach der beste Standort der Stadt. Die Küche hat Sternen-Niveau, aber halt auch entsprechende Preise. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. Die Zimmer sind in historischem Ambiente - wer das mag, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Punkto Sauberkeit alles paletti. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Das Hotel hat auch eigene kostenlose Parkplätze - die Zufahrt ist jedoch derart eng, dass ich diese nur mit Kleinstwagen empfehlen kann. Besser ist es, die nahgelegene Parkgarage zu nutzen, Sonntags ist auch kostenfrei in der Stadt parken möglich. Empfehlungen in der Region für die Vorweihnachtszeit: Christkindl und Weihnachtsmuseum.

This charming hotel exudes a captivating sense of romance and nostalgia, transporting guests to a bygone era. Nestled in the heart of the city, it boasts an enviable location, offering breathtaking views of the confluence of two rivers right from the windows. The soothing melody of flowing water serenades us into a peaceful slumber. Additionally, the hotel has thoughtfully adorned the windows with insect-proof nets, allowing us to relish the refreshing breeze without the nuisance of mosquito bites.
Despite its age, the hotel maintains a spotless appearance, with well-maintained rooms that have been tastefully refurbished. The presence of elevators ensures convenient access to all floors. The restaurant excels in delivering exceptional quality dishes, leaving us blissfully content and reluctant to bid farewell.
Notably, the warmth and hospitality exhibited by both the staff and the hotel owner left an indelible impression on us. Their genuine friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we eagerly anticipate a return visit.

Per lavoro quando c'è posto scelgo sempre questo hotel per la cortesia del personale, la pulizia perfetta, la storia, la posizione invidiabile, la vista mozzafiato e rilassante allo stesso tempo... la colazione dovrebbe durare ore per godere della vista sul paesaggio circostante. Colazione ottima e cena in perfetto stile del luogo. Parcheggio dell'hotel un po piccolo, ma volendo c'è un parcheggio a 50 metri. Sicuramente tornerò con la famiglia in questo splendido hotel. Sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel per me a Steyr.
