The room is nice and the environment is quiet. After staying for two days, there was no one to clean or replace items. The service in the United States is terrible.

I enjoy the view of the courtyard, with the trees and the fresh watering that happens each morning (I am a morning person and like to walk then). The Junior suites are perfect for my needs, and I will continue using them whenever I visit Stockton. Thank You.

Caution
The cockroaches by the pool ruined the stay for us. We played by the pool, but once it got dark there were cockroaches all around our lawn chairs. When management was informed they seemed to have little concern.

The Best Hotel Staff in the whole country
I stay at this hotel for two weeks every year visiting the branch I oversee in Stockton. I travel an approximate 110 days in a given year and I always feel at home here. Its all because of the verry friendly, attentive, hospitable and professional staff this hotel has. They are by far the best a hotel could have.

Very bad experience from a very beginning. First, something was going on with the system (so I was told) that I had to insert my credit card multiple times. I didn't realize until later however that each time I put my card in, there was a pending charge on my account. After I was finally able to check in, I was charged 5 times for $190 each. Which I later realized I should have been charged for, because I paid for my reservation through *******.
After getting to my room, I saw that only a bed was made, even though I made reservation for me and my kids. I had to set up pull out sofa myself, get downstairs for set of sheets and blankets and make a bed myself.
Not really worth the hassle for the money I was charged.
I was told a manager would be calling me about the multiple charges, but I haven't received any calls yet.
