Centraal gelegen hotel in het centrum van Strakonice dichtbij restaurants wat zeer handig is daar het hotel niet beschikt over een eigen restaurant. De kamers zijn netjes onderhouden wel vast tapijt in de kamers niet ideaal voor mensen met allergieën. Kamers aan de voorzijde ondervinden enige last van het voorbijkomende verkeer. Het hotel beschikt over een eigen parking waar je jouw wagen veilig kan achterlaten. Het ontbijt is niet zeer uitgebreid maar je komt niets tekort tijdens een kort verblijf. Aan de receptie spreekt men Engels wat niet zo van zelf sprekend is in Tsjechië.
