This hotel is modern with a great location but unfortunately we did not have a good experience and will not be returning. For starters, check-in was a mess, There was no one in the lobby so I knocked on the office door to reach someone and the staff member, saying nothing, walked to the desk and sarcastically placed a laminated card with a bell stuck on it (which I had not seen) in front of me in response! We had been sent an email for digital check-in on our day of arrival but when receiving our room key, discovered that the digital check-in had assigned us a first floor room facing another direction rather than the farm-view room we had reserved and paid a premium for. When I complained, another staff member proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was my fault, instead of take responsibility for the mistake. The staff member then told me that I was lucky that it was early enough for her to move me to a farm-view room (that I had already reserved and paid for) and to call one day ahead next time if I wanted a specific room! Fortunately, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bottom of the bath tub however was concave and was not comfortable to stand in while having a shower. This might be a deal breaker for those not steady on their feet. Breakfast was terrible. The hot food was mostly overcooked and dried out, and the staff ominously stood by watching and waiting for the breakfast period to be over. We had to clean our table before sitting down for breakfast as the area was not maintained well. One morning, a staff member dropped a large quantity of plastic silverware on the floor and then, in front of guests, placed the silverware into the holder for customers to use. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we never felt welcome and rarely heard the staff greet or speak to guests at the hotel unless absolutely necessary. This hotel needs people who actually want to be in the hospitality business. We will not be back.

Very general, not worth it, and the child has been charged an extra $5. There is no such explanation at the time of order.

There are dozens of good motels and hotels in the general area. Pick any one but this one. I can just see the response... ”We are just gutted....” ”...working hard to meet standards.” It's been like this for years. Dirty, dated, skeevy, staff who are not helpful. Not only was I told there was no housekeeping, we couldn't get more towels. There is no breakfast of any type. The smell of dirty carpet and curry in the hallways. Shady people hanging out in the parking area.

My husband and I was there celebrating our 25th year anniversary and we couldn't be happier. The service and the warm greeting that we received when we arrived was excellent. The staff talked to us like they knew us for years and that what made our stay there all worth it. Every time we leave or arrive they spoke to us, and even asked how hour day went. The room was very clean and in excellent conditions. We had plenty of towels and tissue when we arrived. The whole facilities was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. I really recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a place that is home away from home vive. We will be back!

This hotel is horrible. The staff was very unhelpful from the very start. Check in person was short tempered and impolite. Lobby was dirty and pool is NOT open even though it is almost July. The parking lot had a stained mattress leaning up against the fence and the grounds were unkept. I am pretty sure we witnessed a drug deal taking place in the parking lot. Hallway smelled terrible and the carpet looked like it has never been cleaned or vacuumed. The floor of my room was filthy with debris in corners. The sink faucet was broken and the shower faucet was broken. The drain in the shower did not work. I travel a lot internationally and have never stayed in a worse hotel!! Not even in a third world country. Stay away. You will be disappointed and feel unsafe staying at this hotel.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, refreshing, and crowded on weekends. The hotel faces the road, and it is best to live in the back room. There are more trucks on the road and it is noisy. Hotel facilities are simple but complete, there is a swimming pool, there are some game facilities in the lobby, very comfortable hotel!
