If you are traveling over the summer months please note that this hotel do not have air condition and it is very hot inside the room. There is no specification on the website so please make a note of it when booking.
When we arrived on a hot day, we went inside the room, the black out curtain was drawn so the room is very dark during the day, and the fan is on tried to cool down the room. we decided to leave and did not stay the night. The hotel refused to refund and after we contacted our agent a few times stating the unlivable temperature in the room, the hotel finally said they will refund 15 GBP to us !!!

Lovely stay
Great stay. Breakfast was cooked to order and amazing service. Room warm and comfortable. Fantastic walk in shower. Lovely toiletries.

Wow what a jewel
Arrived late in the evening, received with a warm welcome from Tom & Claire who where both extremely helpful & friendly & also got my first hot meal of the day .
Stunning dining area & bar ,food was amazing & breakfast assisted by Jason who again couldn’t do enough to make my stay a memorable one & the eggs Royale was the best I’d ever had - great team all round & wonderful place - would highly recommend & will definitely stay again

Nice place noisy neighbours
Everything great and we were surprised at how nice the place was. Stay was somewhat spoilt due to a couple next door who felt it was ok to be noisy and use very industrial language late at night. I can only assume this was down to alcohol
