Check in was poor. It felt cold and impersonal. To summarise, it could be shortened to "fill this card in, pay here, your room is that way".
No record of breakfast forming part of our stay, so later checked with ******* and they confirmed it was. Subsequently rechecked with hotel and told no.
It wasn't until the following morning that someone else checked, asked if we had booked with *******, and told us that the two systems didn't pass all details on correctly (a known fault). Which begs the question, why don't staff know this when they are checking you in?
Room clean, tidy and comfortable.
Hotel clean and tidy too.
