I visited the hotel with my wife and 8 month old son in the period 5.-7.4.2024, I purchased the stay through the hotel's website after prior telephone verification of the availability of the service, verifying whether it is possible to visit the inclusion with a minor son. I wondered if the hotel had a cot and if the hotel was baby friendly with the knowledge that they did not have a children's playground, which I had no problem with. However, upon arrival there were problems in terms of being informed that it was not possible to use the hotels restaurant services at the weekend, I also enquired about the possibility of using the bar area to which I was again given a negative response. This started to complicate the stay for me as I had planned for my wife to make use of the dining options at the hotel as I had an evening programme. After enquiring about the in-room dining options I was again denied saying that they had only purchased for an event that was to be held at the retreat, where I pointed out that I had a minor child with me. To which I was given no feedback. They do not clean the room at the hotel on weekends, they only took out my son's nappies after I had been warned. I complained to the hotel operator about the service suddenly it was possible to use the services of the bar on the terrace. I also raised the concern that the noise from the event that was to take place in the hotel was very likely to disturb the sleep of my son and wife, which it did. The music played until 3:40am despite my complaints. Staying at this hotel was traumatic for me and my family. I am currently dealing with a complaint about the stay but have not received even a single feedback on my email even after 4 days.
