Das Familienzimmer 261 war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Qualität der Matratzen ist dem Preis entsprechend nicht perfekt, aber reicht für einen kurzen Trip. Ansonsten treffen in diesem Hotel verschiedenste Gruppen aufeinander.

I had booked 4 nights in this hotel since my daughter was in the hospital in Stuttgart. At the booking I had to pay the full amount including breakfast and deep garage parking in advance. Fortunately, my daughter was fired back from the hospital after the second day and we could go home. When I came to talk about the return of overpaid nights when checking out, the staff asked me to write a message with the concern to the boss, he would then forward it. Two weeks later, I had no repayment or feedback. I sent a news on the Internet portal to the hotel with a deadline for feedback. The deadline is over, feedback and refund error. If a hotel thinks it must retain money for a rebooking, I expect at least a feedback. The desire of a client to just stand out and use an emergency situation to maximize profits is not possible. I'll probably give the case to my lawyer. The conduct of the management of this hotel is limited to fraudulent behaviour. I learn from that I will not pay any more in such a cheap hotel in advance and I would rather spend a few more euros on a famous hotel. To all others who want to stay in Stuttgart: Finger away from the Hotel Sautter, if something unforeseen comes, you will be cut off there!

The best thing about the Astoria is really the location, right in the city centre on Hospitalstrasse. One of my favourite places to stay when in Stuttgart it is very central to all the main attractions in the city and close enough to rail tram bus links.. its always a pleasure to stay when I'm on town.... I always recommend highly when anyone I know come to visit..

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

We booked the Deluxe Apartment for one night. We were positively surprised by the two rooms. All super modern and new. Bathroom and toilet separately. Small kitchen with theke. Couch to take off. Bedroom with double bed. Super comfortable beds. 2 large TV. Under any circumstances very recommendable. Parking costs €14, but you can also park free on the street ggü. Very quiet area. Next S-Bahn Station (Korntal) about 1km walk.
Enjoy a restful night in the peaceful setting of the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Zuffenhausen, a cozy atmosphere and a sumptuous buffet breakfast with everything you could need. Our hotel offers a high level of comfort and good transport links to the city cen ter and the main train station. The Porsche Museum and Porsche AG are just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has an impressive industrial look, which you will also see in some of the details throughout the hotel.

The hotel has had some recent renovations but unfortunately they used direct stick carpet which made the floor very hard. It's fairly close to everything, local train will take you into the town center, approximately 15 minutes. The room was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was OK but the shower was small. It was unusual to find that the bar and restaurant were both closed . However, close by there is a supermarket where you can buy just about anything. There are also many local restaurants withing walking distance. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. Another positive note, is that the hotel is walking distance to the Porsche Museum, which is a must see.

A cup (to be put on my own) coffee in the room I had been worth, but below were for 1.30 euros (is not too expensive) to get hot drinks. Staff was friendly. Service was good. It was very warm in Stuttgart but, fortunately, there was air conditioning. Quiet room, though you heard the train passing, but not too hard. Cleaning the room should be a little more attention in my view.
Everywhere: price quality is good, I'll book it again the next time I go to Stuttgart.

The hotel gave me the feeling that I had lived glory times, as if it had been of some importance, this for details of furniture and services in the rooms that once had to offer greater comfort. The size of the room is spectacular: really large room with living room, desk and balcony with table and chairs. The style of the room and its furniture are still remitted to other times, but still today they are well kept except for the moquette, consumed and maquillated both inside the room and in the corridor. The bathroom was probably put in hand in a more recent time than the room but the construction was made with extremely cheap materials and you see a lot;instead of the shower there was a date-date hydromassage bath and I don't think it worked. The hotel has been very close to the hotel, but the bathroom has been functional to what it needed; it is very negative to note the lack of a vacuum cleaner. As for breakfast, there was everything and for all tastes, even though quality did not enthusiasm me.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed three nights here, the hotel has rooms that are all the effects of the mini apartments, with a kitchen corner for anyone who wants to do something at home. The atmosphere is beautiful, it seems to be in Rio! The structure is modern and well furnished, the bathroom is completely immersed in a minimal atmosphere with the Bluetooth mirror and the walls decorated as angles of Amazon forest, the corridor feels the birds' bells when you pass. The hotel is located just a few steps away from the city centre, but the metro stop is a metro stop, which is easy to reach every destination. Breakfast is very different with typical Brazilian products. Go on, you will not regret it!
88joThey have been here occasionally in recent years. Under new name has not changed so much. The reservation works perfectly as always. If no major events are taking place in the area, cheap prices and offers are available. The car route to the deep garage is good, but then you need to find the right outlet in the huge deep garage of the shopping centre. The hotel is not central in Stuttgart, but in the foretown, the connection with the S-Bahn (5-10 min walking distance) is also good in the evening. Reception and check-in quickly, polite, uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and functional, but no luxury. Some rooms on the main street can be quite loud at open windows. On the other hand, you can sleep very quiet. In summer it can also warm in the rooms depending on location and sunlight. The breakfast buffet was always very good, at the moment the choice is significantly restricted by the health situation, but the quality is still acceptable. Whoever is aware of the situation, for whom stay here is worth its price.
TTorstenTiny room with quite old bathroom, two small single beds and major lack of maintenance in the bathroom. Location was great because it’s really close to the airport, but for the price the room was not worth it.
GGuest UserMy daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.
GGuest UserWe spent two nights in this hotel in one of the suburbs/villages of Stuttgart. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by public transport (U- or S-bahn) and a short (5min) walk and is located in a quiet office area. After having checked in, we were given a room but when we arrived at the room the bathroom was full of dirty towels, so we went back to reception and were given another room. This second room was clean from the inside, but its balcony was dirty, including a dirty ashtray. In fact, we would prefer to not have any ashtrays at all, also not on balconies (as smoke from one balcony can still easily blow into a neighbouring room). After some time, our balcony was cleaned though. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the airco worked well without making too much noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, but at times it felt like the hotel was understaffed (for example reception was often not staffed, also during the day). We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was okay with a reasonable selection of foods and drinks. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more choice of food and drink items, including some more local specialties. A nice gesture was that all guests received complimentary ice-creams upon check-in.
GGuest UserPerfekte Lage für einen Urlaub mit Musical Besuch. Auch das SI Centrum mit guten Restaurants ist sehr nah.
Freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer mit bequemem Bett.
Für mich alles Top!
GGuest UserRoom was ok, great for the price but nothing special. No refrigerator or air conditioning so room got very hot. Also was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where you had to pay for a late checkout, but we were only using it to sleep then was out traveling the town and visiting the Porsche museum the whole day so for that purpose it was worth the price.
GGuest UserIt was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷♀️ I asked for the manager. He called
GGuest UserPerfect Cityhotel. Central location at the main railway station, you will come to all important places in the city in a few minutes. Rooms clean and modern. The bathroom was very small and somewhat ”old-mode” also partly missed rids or corners in the tiles. Viewable but sufficient and delicious breakfast. But all in all recommend.
