Blue Lagoon Hotel @ Bandar Sunway Reviews

I had a very good short stay here. The bed was big and room very comfortable. Air conditioning was strong and the room was good for the price paid. You can choose to top up if you want an earlier check in. The lounge area outside was very cosy, with vending machines, refillable water and charging stations if you want to chill before leaving the area. I was served by Kamil upon check in and she was so friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bags first before checking in as I arrived earlier. There is a QR Code that you can scan to get information and talk to someone if yo u need help. I served by Hoikot upon checking out and he was very helpful with my questions. Do note that deposit is via cash only, so do prep beforehand. Recommend anyone who wants an alternative when going to sunway.

The room and hotel itself has interesting visuals and aesthetics. It is opposite Sunway Pyramid mall and other amenities such as 24/7 Laundry, 7-Eleven, Zus and more. However, rooms are not soundproof so not for those who cannot sleep with noise. But overall, I would come back again.

really cozy and clean environment. just in front of sunway pyramid hotel walking distance to sunway pyramid mall however it's too noisy at night sound insulation is worse and even the cooking smell floats into the room in sudden since the room I stayed just face to a restaurant.

The room is extremely small, with very simple facilities, poor hygiene, and poor soundproofing. We booked it on Ctrip and it was non-refundable, so we had no choice but to stay for one night. We went out for shopping at 10 a.m. and told the boss that we needed to delay check-out for two hours. He agreed to do it for free. When we went back to check out at 1:30 p.m., the boss charged us a late fee of RM15 per hour, and was very fierce and unfriendly. Later, we booked the Millennium Suites Hotel opposite. The room was more than 40 square meters and the price was about the same as this hotel. I recommend the Millennium Suites Hotel... Don't step into this crappy Blue Hotel again!

It's a great hotel. I highly recommend it if you go to the sunway lagoon. The price is favorable and the room has sufficient equipment, such as hair dryers, towels, TVs, etc. Residents can also rest in the public facilities outside the room, where free drinking fountains are available.

The environment here is very good, very clean, the service is also very good, and it is very convenient to be opposite the pyramid mall. There are also many shopping malls downstairs. We will stay here again next time. Great 👍

The bedding quality is very poor. It is on the first floor of the street. It is noisy in the morning and the room is not soundproof.
