Smells cockroach and Trainees are not helpful. We passed through them careying our luggage and no one took the initiative to help us.

Room 209 bayview area has a bad internet connection and airconditioning is bad especially in the afternoon.
Good thing they provided us Efan for proper ventilation.

The place is very clean,I realy love the ambiance and our room is in thr front of the beach.

This hotel clearly needs complete overhaul.
-The towels were very old and didnt look clean for me to use it
-They only provide you with 1 keycard so when you take the keycard and go out of your room, you can't leave the a/c running when going out
-The a/c and tv remote were not working. I had to turn off the a/c from the main breaker to turn it off since you cant even adjust the settings
-Flooring discoloration can be seen due to old age
-very understaffed: i only saw 1 maintenance employee during our whole stay
-event outside went on til 12am and it was a very loud for us to sleep
The only positive thing I noticed was the beautiful location of the hotel. Other than that, i would recommend staying on it.
