As many people in Houston displaced with the hurricane. I called last minute and the accommodated me. I questioned the rates and the manager switched the rates to before the hurricane. I’ll never forget when he looked at me and said “we are in this together. I don’t have electricity either so I’m in the same boat”. The stay was amazing. The food. Was amazing. The service top notched. My son couldn’t figure out the remote and engineering came and walked him through it. The hotel is amazing but the staff is what set it part. I’ll definitely go out of my way to stay here as much as possible.

Had a great meal and experience in the hotel restaurant! Jose Hernandez was taking care of the bar and restaurant and he was fantastic, great advice on both beverages and my meal and it was perfect! The hotel is lucky to have such a great employee!

Due to construction so much noise during day and pool was not accessible. You have to take your luggage by your self. Even if you are staying at the hotel they will not allow you to park your car at the entrance just for 2 minutes.
