Staying here is always satisfying and comfortable... the service is good, the cleanliness is good, the amenities are complete, the cafe/restaurant food is complete, the vibes and ambience are cool and the location is easy to access, it's also close to PVJ for those who like to go to the mall. Btw, if their breakfast already includes coffee, we can ask or there are also staff who offer it, it's satisfying. Thanks Kollektiv, keep up the service and comfort

from the leaking AC, the dirty mattress with lots of shards and the receptionist was not responsive, the problem of refunds alone I had to call here and there, email here and there, but the hotel only said "we are waiting for incoming phone/email news" even though the accommodation said that if they had received approval from the hotel, they would ask for email/phone information from us. so it would be quick. But the hotel is taking soooooo long

Parking is limited and the staff are very nimble, especially when there is a bukber event at the hotel. Hotel residents have to wait for the cars to come out first.
My room had a leaking AC, moved to another room there was a small cockroach.
What really disappointed me was that I took a room package with free breakfast, I just wanted to add black coffee and I was asked to add a price charge 😖, the buffet also had variations.
If you are a married couple like me, the hotel room is still safe because it is quite small, but if you have children, I don't recommend it because it is smaller than usual hotels. The design is interesting because it is a container but the sound of vehicles can still be heard and can disturb your night's rest.

The place is Instagrammable so there are lots of photo spots. The rooms are complete and clean...the service is very friendly. The location is quite strategic because it is in Pasteur
