Great location in terms if proximity to the bus stop, perfect for stopover on your way up North. Simple place but has what you need. No water dispenser however so need to buy plastic.

I'm sorry that I didn't take any photos or information about the hotel, because I don't think I can take a good photo in every place, but the only thing that touched me was the warm smiles and perfect service of the waiters. Their English level is quite high and they are very enthusiastic. The smiles and sincere attitudes of the local Thai people touched me. I like Sukhothai there. It's great

Booked a night on 2/25 with trip coins! Take the 15:00 win tour bus from Chiang Mai and arrive at 20:15! I asked the bus attendant to tell me to take the double-chain car, because I knew it was nearby. Then I asked the station attendant to point me to the opposite side of the station. OK, if I want to get to the center of Sukotay, take the main road and make a big circle (light blue) and cross the bridge. From the big city to the city, when you come back, cross the bridge, go to the temple, and pass through the morning market (it has closed at 11:30) (dark blue). Go right, cross the creek, and turn left. There is a sign for the bus station on the road. It is much closer! In the evening, go to the night market from here

Accommodation next to Sukhothai Bus Terminal, walk about 100 meters, cheap accommodation, inexpensive price, comfortable rooms, cool air conditioning, have drinking water, towels, complete bedding, parking, balcony, drive to visit Sukhothai Historical Park, only 12 km.

Great place, we liked everything, very comfortable guest house. It’s literally a 1-minute walk from the bus station, so it’s very inconvenient to come here and leave further from here. In general, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. Some less experienced people may be a little surprised by toilets without a tank and the bathroom in general, but for us this is not a problem, everything is familiar. We also rented a motorbike right here for 250 baht, went for a ride and looked at the Ruins, everything was great. In general, I definitely recommend this place for budget travelers. The only small drawback and advice to the owners is to translate all the information in the room into English. We saw the menu there, but it was entirely in Thai, and we didn’t immediately understand that these were breakfasts that could be ordered, we found out about it too late.

Perfect for sleeping there before leaving the next day for new horizons because 1 minute walk from the bus station and close to the city and if you want to stay 2 nights close to the main street to visit the old town and go shopping stop

Cheap hotel in front of the bus station. Room condition according to price. There are 3 people and there is an extra bed, a small folding bed, enough to sleep on. The water is very strong. The towels are small, very thin and do not absorb water. Bathroom ceiling leaking There was water dripping from the room above. The room is not soundproof. Heard the villagers next to the hotel talking very loudly.

Considered good at this price, but the pillows should be changed sometimes. When I woke up and the pillowcase fell off, I was terrified when I saw it.

I was here for 10 days during the lantern festival. Chose this place for the price and the location (right next door to the bus station) and was pleasantly suprised by my room, which was enormous and the shower was much better than it looked, plus the wifi was good too. So excellent value for money but it was the staff who get this place a 5 star review . The staff could not have been more helpful and really go out of their way to answer all guests questions. I hired a scooter for a week and they gave me a very good price and a nice bike too. I was worried about noise, being so close to the bus station but there are hardly any busses so no noise at all.

There is no air conditioning, there are only 2 fans. A refrigerator is missing. The mattress is a complete, crazy and brutal STONE. IMPOSSIBLE to fall asleep with that stone under your back...it's a Damn TORTURE all night long. The request was made to the Mrs. to change the mattress or to go to another room with a more decent mattress....and she did not want to change the mattress or the room, she only demanded 450 extra baths, that is, to pay for a room again. Besides, all night you can hear a noise outside the hotel. The hotel is not in the best location...You have to walk 1.5 km to the city center, walk along the bank of a stream and dark streets.
