Sadly we booked the wrong location, same town name but wrong province mistakenly on the app, as it was very confusing in Turkish, so we let the hotel know as soon as possible in the early afternoon so the rooms could be resold, but no consideration or even part refund given. We called the manager on the suggestion of Trip.com to explain but they showed no care or understanding so we lost our money. 3 rooms. Not very hospitable.

Mükemmel bir hizmet ve ağırlama mevcut. İş gereği yapmış olduğum ziyaretlerde kaldığım tek otel. Odalar temiz ve kahvaltı lezzetli. Çalışanlar ise çok misafirperver ve cana yakın. İşim olduğu için geç çıkma durumumda destek olmaları da büyük bir incelik göstergesiydi. Çok teşekkür ederim

Güzel konum, güler yüzlü hüzmet
Giresun’da iş amaçlı konakladım. Otel şehir merkezinde, konum çok iyi. Otoparkı var ama varmadan mutlaka oteli arayın yardımcı olsunlar. Yollar çok dar ve tek yön, bizim navigasyon tam yeri bulamadı. Otel 3 yıldız, kısa konaklamalar için iyi. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımsever.

Otelin merkezi konumda olması büyük avantaj. Birçok yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Havaş durağı ve ilçe minibüs durağı çok yakın. Otel çok temizdi. Otel sahibi ve bütün personelin çözüm odaklı, yardımsever ve içten tavırları ile kendinizi evinizin rahatlığında buluyorsunuz. Ayrıca kahvaltısındaki ürünlerin kalitesi iyiydi. Çayları mükemmeldi. Filtre kahve ikramları da şaşırtıcıydı. Çok lezzetliydi. Yolu Giresun’a düşen herkes gönül rahatlığıyla bu oteli tercih edebilir.

Giresun' a ne zaman gitsem tercihim Serenti Pamuk Otel. Merkezi konumu gereği her yere yakın. Şehrin içinde, kahvaltısı, otoparkı, tertemiz odalarında tv, klima, mini buzdolabı, ferah banyosu ile çok konforlu bir otel. Çalışanlar son derece profesyonel ve yardımsever, otel sahipleri inanılmaz yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Katta çalışanlar da işlerini çok güzel ve titizlikle yapıyorlar. Herkes sizi evinizde hissettirmek için elnden geleni yapıyor. İkramları ve güleryüzüyle asla piman olmadığım bir işletme.
