The service was just fine as was the room itself. Wasn't a thing wrong with my stay here and I can't wait to get out and stay here again I'm going to be a frequent face 👀

Service was great but the condition of the hotel was not. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express and they are great. the carpet was stained the bathroom toilet was not cleaned and the breakfast had none of their signature cinnamon rolls

We walked in to fireworks set off right out front of the lobby. And a fist fight.

I booked this property believing there was a pool on property, however there is not. The photos that are advertised as their "pool" is actually Splash Lagoon which it costs $60 per person. I booked this hotel based off of the photos. Its a complete lie. U have to walk to another hotel and use their pool that looks nothing like their "advertised" pool. FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST!!! Definitely wouldnt recommend. Staff is great and hotel is great but was tricked into booking off of their photos!

The location is good and much available nearby. The room was huge and the large whirlpool tub was good. The hotel needs work. The door to our room did not close all the way. I checked and the door frame looks like someone tried to bang the door open (see picture). The carpets are dirty and torn. The ceilings peeling. Breakfast was okay. In the morning I went outside and then saw the front desk clerk lying under his bright blue Cadillac doing a repair. I was back inside and another guest was looking for someone at the counter. I shared he was fixing his car. He came in and the other guest stated his shower did not work. The clerk told him to come back at 7 since he was the only employee and maintenance was not in yet. When the man questioned this the clerk said, “what do you want me to do”.

The hotel needs an upgrade Kind of old and not very clean Would not stay there again Service was good , breakfast was so so

Staff was polite. Location fine. The main issue was the physical room needed maintenance. The A/C-heat. either blew hot or freezing cold. It was such an uncomfortable night. The toilet was stuck in a semi flush position, and noisy all night as well. The coffee machine looked as though no one every cleaned it.

The fact that it is literally attached to Splash Lagoon makes it a winner! The room was comfortable (perfect view of the Eclipse!) and the included breakfast was quite good!
