Not a 5 star maybe 4. Stayed for a week September 2024 . 3 nights in the week ran out of beer. Buying beer from supermarket for an all inclusive hotel. Not enough tables & chairs around pool. Constant long Qs at the one bar . Bar shut at 11. Cant buy a drink. Never go back

Niestety nie wybrałabym drugi raz tego hotelu. Plusy : - duży pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem - dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży - blisko przystanki kolejki aby dojechać na słoneczny czy do Nesebaru. Minusy : - jedzenie monotonne, niestety nie było zbyt dobrej jakości. Pizza bez sosu pomidorowego, często duże kolejki do stołówki, mało miejsca. - nasz pokój znajdował się w bocznym skrzydle, winda działa tylko z breloczkiem który nawet nie jest opisany do czego służy. Wybierając piętro 3 jedziesz na 4. - mały balkon na którym dodatkowo stoi klimatyzacja i dwie osoby mają problem się zmieścić. - mało leżaków przy basenie, mały basen, jeśli pogoda dopisuje to o godzinie 10:00 nie ma miejsca nawet w strefie wyznaczonej na plaży i trzeba wykupić leżaki w innym miejscu - w pokoju dużo niedociągnięć Ogólnie hotel posiada 4 gwiazdki ale na lobby i stołówce które są ładne wszystko się kończy. Pokoje średnie. Nie wybrałabym drugi raz tego hotelu i nie poleciłabym nikomu ze znajomych. Wyjazd nie był tani a nieadekwatny pobyt do ceny.

Плюсы отеля-хорошо расположен и бесплатные лежаки. Всё остальное минусы. Сейчас говорят, что номер уставший. У нас был не уставший, а сильно потрепанный. Весь потолок в подтеках, ковролин в пятнах, унитаз с трещиной и текло из него. Питание скудное, фруктов мало. Кофе не вкусный. Персонал, что на рецепции, что в "ресторане" не вежливый. В общем, ни четырьмя звёздами, ни UAI там даже не пахнет. Не рекомендую.

Были мы в 2023 году. С самого начала нам испортила настроение хохлушка, которая отвечала за столовую. Мы приехали уставшие, с 2 детьми, после 20 часов в дороге. И эта хохлушка не позволила нам перекусить. Сам отель отличный, персонал, пляж. Чуть не подрались с парнем который отвечал за лежаки на пляже, но потом подружились. Я бы с радостью поехал в этот отель, но за 2200 евро, двое всрослых и двое детей 14 и 9 лет, летим в Турцию в этом году.

На этот отель обратила внимание из-за удачного местоположения и бесплатных лежаков на пляже. Я обычно читаю отзывы. Негативных было немного. Первые сомнения появились по дороге в отель, когда гид сказала, что улетаем мы рано и во всех отелях(а были и тройки) будет ранний завтрак, кроме отеля Нобел. Приехали, ключи от номера дали сразу (может сыграла роль положенная в паспорт денежка), а за браслетами велели приходить к 14.00.Обед также заканчивался в 14.00. Мы с трёх ночи на ногах, голодные., а в отеле ни попить, ни перекусить. Девушка на рецепции предложила сходить в какой-нибудь ресторан. Много лет летаем в Болгарию, но такого не было ни в одном отеле. Лобби бар платный, как-то странно для UAI. Спросили про ланч бокс в дорогу. Ответ - нет. Стало просто интересно, что в их понятии UAI. Оказывается, это бесплатный интернет и выход к морю. Всё!!! Питание очень скудное, кофе пить невозможно.Мы в этом отеле впервые, нам не с чем сравнить, а люди, которые годами ездили в Нобель сказали, что питание очень испортилось. Обслуживающий персонал это вообще отдельная история. Только уборщицы молодцы, и номера хорошо убирают и всегда улыбнутся, поздороваются при встрече. Короче, те люди, которые раньше были в восторге от этого отеля, говорили, что больше сюда ни ногой. Лично я не порекомендую Нобель никому. За эти деньги можно найти в разы лучше. И с нормальным ремонтом и с хорошим питанием. На фото "свежий" ремонт, "обилие" фруктов(и это осень!), "чистый" ковролин и постоянный ручей из унитаза.

Hotel bardzo ładny, pokoje nie ma do czego się doczepić czysto,wszedzie pachnie na korytarzach. Najważniejszy punkt to wyśmienite jedzenie różnego rodzaju każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo miła, chociaż jest kilka rzeczy które warto poprawić menagerowie którzy chodzą i ciągle czepiaja sie pracowników,którzy robią co mogą-HALO MY TO WIDZIMY I NIE WYGLĄDA TO ZBYT DOBRZE? Pani ze Spa warto popracowac nad uśmiechem i empatią. Minus że na stronie jest opisane że jest plac zabaw dla dzieci niestety nie ma i pokój zabaw dla dzieci też nie ...dzieci niestety nie mają własnego kąta do zabaw... Blisko do plaży leżaki parasole spokojnie nigdy nie bylo sytuacji że brakło.. Mile wspominamy pobyt i za rok wracamy!! Bardzo polecam!

of us went to this resort. The staff are nice, and try very hard. The food is ok, gets to be a lot of the same thing all the time. It's a small resort with 1 pool. The beach is a 15 mins walk and there is only water&juice at the beach. Beverages are a small menu. Areas to improve are the eating area, its too small and people smoke while you eat, including cigars. It's not nice. The rooms are ok. The AC does not work well, the sheets don't get changed and there is no safe in the rooms. Thanks to the staff who try hard and are polite.

LHote Nobel si trova in una posizione privilegiata, a pochi dalla spiaggia e dal centro della città, rendendo facile l'esplorazione delle attrazioni locali. La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole. Il ristorante dell'hotel offre una buona cucina raffinata e variegata con prodotti freschi.Ci siamo sentiti come acasa grazie al personale che era molto gentile e cordiale. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto rilassante. Sicuramente ci torneremo ancora!

So after a weeks stay , I’m going to leave my feedback on all areas: Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ couldn’t fault the standard of hotel and rooms! Facilities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you everything you need in your rooms including shampoo and shower gel! Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ most staff were very rude and hard to communicate properly with (use google translate) ! They also love to take your plates or anything from your table before you’ve finished! Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ so the theme nights, let’s just say they don’t have the correct food for the theme. Some food can be cold! There is a lot of selection to choose from though! Entertainment ⭐️⭐️ I would say the entertainment could improve, for example they play a game of bingo then put music on for the rest of the night. Not sure if they have acts on during the peak season but I doubt it. Throughout the day they have a couple of things on but again, there should be more of a variety.
