UNNGÅ DETTE HOTELLET
Ikke velg dette hotellet hvis du setter pris på en ren seng, overnattet 9 netter uten at laken eller dyne/putetrekk ble byttet. Vasket gulvet en gang i løpet av oppholdet. Skulle det være noe som mangler eller ikke funker som det skal så er det bare å glemme det. Spurte fem ganger på fire forskjellige dager om en ny plast stol til balkongen og de sa de skulle fikse det men det skjedde ikke. Servicen er dårlig og de ansatte er mer opptatt av å sitte stille og snakke med hverandre enn å yte service. Ikke et hei eller et smil av alle gangene vi gikk igjennom resepsjonen. Ikke et hotell for familie da det er mye fest og bråk til alle døgnets tider. Legg heller igjen mer penger et annet sted, det er ikke verdt å betale på dette hotellet.

Admiral Plaza, Sunny Beach Bulgarije Daar hebben wij geen goed woord voor over. Na een lange reis die begon met vertraging... Bij aankomst in hotel werd ons al snel duidelijk dat dit hotel totaal niet meer vergelijkbaar is met de brochure... zeer slechte bedden. In de nacht meerdere malen moeten opstaan om het Slaapbank/bed opnieuw in elkaar te zetten. Gore matrassen en beddengoed. Ontbijt niet te eten, vies en vettig eten. Zwembad zeer smerig water troebel, schimmel in de kussens van de ligbedjes, defecte parasols en roosters rond om het zwembad defect en vol met schimmel. Enorm veel overlast van jongeren die kei hard hun eigen muziek draaien. Onze dochter van 11 werd door het hotel personeel een welkoms shotje met alcohol aangeboden. Reisleiding snapte onze klachten en bevestigde dat het hotel niet meer is zoals het wordt aangeboden in de brochure. Reisleiding heeft gevraagd voor extra matrassen maar deze krijgen we niet. Receptioniste werd boos op ons dat we niet tevreden waren en dit bij de reisleiding hadden gemeld. Kortom we kwamen terecht in een nacht merrie! Na 2 slapeloze nachten met een kind konden wij met de taxi verhuizen naar een ander hotel. Dit heeft ons nog natuurlijk wel extra geld gekost. Enorm balen dat wij 2 dagen van onze vakantie kwijt zijn. Gelukkig was dit hotel Aqua Paradise resort wel schoon en hebben wij toch nog 6 dagen kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. Foto's zeggen meer als 1000 woorden Wij willen wel reisleidster van Corendon enorm bedanken voor de goede zorgen.

It did the job for a few days away. Check in was just asked for ID and given key. Nothing about whether I was allowed to have breakfast or what times they were. Wifi hit and miss in my room
