The cleaning service was absolutely pathetic. The room were not properly cleaned before i arrived, and even after requesting a cleaning, the staff barely made an effort. The bathroom floor were not cleaned, and had grime in the corners. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority here, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The lighting in the room was another major issue. It was dim and inadequate, making it difficult to see or even enjoy the space. Not to mention, the lighting fixtures were poorly maintained, with some bulbs completely out. To make matters worse, several basic facilities were missing in the room. There was no wifi, electric kettle. There fridge was on, but was not cooling at all. It felt like they had cut corners on everything that could have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, this hotel was disappointing in almost every aspect. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable stay.

Place was not good to live. It is flat type. No room service. Dampness, water leaking, very bad experience to stay.

The property picture and actual at local is different. Absolutely bad room and not clean washrooms. Taps are rusty. This is more like an apartments converted hotel for convenience in festive seasons. Front desk staff have no idea on the bookings

It was worst room, reception toilet no soap. Room all fittings were faulty. Staff was also rude. Advised not to stay here.
