I made a reservation on 16-04-2024 for April 24, 2024, they gave me the same number and I informed them as I always do that I would only arrive after 2am on the 25th. To my surprise, when I got there, they told me that they didn't have any reservations. and there were no more rooms either. After some discussion, they ended up admitting that the reservation existed, but that they had tried to contact me (I didn't receive any call) on the 24th and as I hadn't answered, they decided to cancel the reservation!!!!! I want to point out that this is the third time this has happened at this hotel. IT SHOWS THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THESE PEOPLE

The hotel is next to the road, on the service road, so it is very easy to get into. It has a car park with some spaces covered by a roof. It is usually quite busy and I think that is why the prices seem too high for what they offer. The room cost me €70. The facilities are not bad but you cannot use the lift, I don't think it is decorated, I imagine the service will use it. The rooms are clean and well insulated from outside noise. The bathroom is spacious although the towels could be of better quality. The shower gel and shampoo are very cheap. The mattress is comfortable and you can rest. The restaurant on the ground floor is similar, a bit expensive for what it offers. There is also a bar behind reception, next to the restaurant.
